7 What s upvc? upvc nedir? UPVC is the base material of profile of door and windows, which stand for UN PLASTICIZED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE. This material is a kind of advanced thermoplastic and is made from main derivatives of crude oil and table salt. While production procedure of UPVC various materials such as impact modifier, heat stabilizers, fillers, processing aids, internal and external lubricants and industrial pigments are added to PVC, which due to its different physical characteristics is called a non-plastic material. upvc, or unplasticised polyvinyl chloride, is found extensively in items used by the construction trade such as guttering, fascias and wall cladding. UPVC is essentially a hardened version of PVC, one of many specially engineered petroleum-based plastics first developed for commercial use in the early part of the 20th century. It is the deliberate absence of softening agents known as plasticisers that leads to the production of rigid UPVC. Like many plastics, UPVC is extremely durable and hard-wearing. It is also waterproof, mould-resistant and easy to keep clean. UPVC is further favoured by the building trade for its high tensile strength, and the fact that its malleability during production means that it can be machined into a wide range of differently-shaped, specialist components. UPVC has, in addition, the advantage of being available in a wide range of colors, from white through to a wood-grain effect. This makes UPVC ideal for, say, replacing wooden fascias without having to compromise the overall aesthetic appeal of a building. We stock upvc fascia boards as part of our broad range. Finally, UPVC has a good resistance to UV light, a quality lacking in other plastics and one which has been a factor in previously causing guttering and other exposed household features to deteriorate. Surprisingly, with all these advantages, the cost base of producing UPVC is relatively low when compared with the cost of producing some other plastics; and this low cost base is reflected in the favorable trade prices charged for UPVC. adıdır., PVC Polivinilklorür adlı sentetik malzemenin kısaltılmış İlk sentezlenen plastiklerden olan PVC, 1835 yılında Fransız kimyager Henri Victor Regnault tarafından sentezlenmiş, ticari olarak kullanımı ise 1938 yıllarında başlamıştır. PVC, %57 oranında sofra tuzu ve %43 oranında petrol veya doğal gazdan elde edilmektedir. Termoplastik (ısı verilerek yumuşatılıp şekillendirilebilen) bir malzeme olan polivinilklorür, kolaylıkla yeniden değerlendirilebilir. Malzemeye ilişkin bazı fiziksel özellikler aşağıdadır: Yoğunluğu : 1.42 g/cm3, Esneklik modülü : 2700 N/mm2 (DIN e göre) Uzama katsayısı : 0.08 mm/m/ºc İlk bulunan plastiklerden olması, pek çok farklı form ve çeşitte üretilebilmesi gibi nedenlerle dünyada ikinci en çok kullanılan plastik çeşididir. Tamamıyla çevre dostu ve yeniden kullanılabilir bir malzeme olan PVC, örneğin tıp sektöründe de hapların ambalajlanması (blisterler), kan torbaları, vücut sıvıları ile ilgili hortumlar, eldivenler, dializ makinaları parçaları, enjektörler ve kalp kateterleri gibi pek çok üründe de yıllardır kullanılmaktadır. PVC hammaddesi ve içerisindeki katkı maddeleri 1970 li yıllardan beri profil imalinde kullanıldığı ve günümüze kadar herhangi bir etkilemenin rapor edilmediği bilinmektedir. Page 7

The material is not flammable, does not transmit fire, extinguishes when the source of ignition is removed. Plastic : 0.13 kcal/m2hc wood : 0.12 kcal/m2hc Aluminum : 175 kcal/m2hc Cast Iron : 50kcal/m2hc As in the above chart has specified, conductivity of iron (cast iron and aluminum) is much more as plastic, so they are not suitable for isolation. 23 RKT 8000 AUTOMATIC WELDING LINE (WELDING AND CLEANING) The line was designed for welding four corners of PVC sash, frame and door profile simultaneously and cleaning rapidly. The line includes cooling station for cooling the frames that have been welded in system. Transporting Arm of system removes frames to Trurning Table without damaging frames. The line involves Turning Table that turns the frames rapidly for cleaning weld burrs with CNC corner Cleaning machine. There is a robot arm in CNC corner cleaning unit to transfer the frames that have been cleaned. Provides ability of zero (0,2mm.) welding for laminated profiles. Provides reliable and high quality of welding and cleaning process. Provides standard door & window production process owing to design of line. Processing capacity of line is frames per 8 hours (per shift). The line could be used manually as well as automatically and transition between the ways of using could be realised rapidly. Line is PC (Personal Computer) controlled. The line automatically recognizes the profile systems. Unlimited memory for welding and clening process of profile systems owing to PC control. The line carries out automatic lubrication and low-oil warning. Portable control panel. Heads of welding machine move to appropiate coordinates automatically because of barcode scanner. Industrial design of line belongs to RISUS machine and patent of line is a property of RISUS brand.
