1 About QDenetim and QDestek (Sistem Danışmanlık) Sistem Danışmanlık began its operations in 2001 and continues to improve its products and services to enhance its customers' performances and productivity. In addition to corporate resource planning services and e-devlet (e-government) solutions, it specializes in after-sales support, training services and technical support. With the start of e-devlet (e-government) applications (e-fatura (e-invoice), e-defter (e-ledger) etc.) in 2013, it has become a strategic business partnership with BIMSA and focused on e-transformation applications. In the beginning of development process, the QDenetim products progressed with the contribution of BimSA s customer requests. Apart from the E-Defter's (e-ledger) standard controls (schematic control, financial analysis controls, etc.) QDenetim has improved to make financial and account control in more detail and to remove all possible financial risks before uploading the e-defter (e-ledger) to the GİB (Presidency of Turkish Revenue Administration). 2 QDenetim Portal It is the portal where you can upload your raw e-defter (e-ledger) and make detailed financial and accounting checks and analysis. 1- Entry to Portal You can login by clicking on the Denetle (Edit) button on Edoksis (Bimsa Private Integrator Portal) portal or by using the username and password that will be given to you at 2- Uploading E-Ledger When you upload the raw e-defter (e-ledger) file to the BİMSA Edoksis Portal, the raw defter file will also be uploaded to the Qdenetim portal at the same time. If you prefer, you can upload your e-defter (e- Ledger) to Qdenetim portal manually too.

4 On this page, you can get prints in the form of PDF or EXCEL. By clicking on the detail button, you can see the content of the receipt. On this screen, you can find all the details of related account activities.

5 4- Reports Menu

6 4.1 - Monthly Trial Balance (Aylık Mizan) The trial balance formed by the information s in the e-defter (e-ledger) file. You can compare the monthly trial balance by transferring it to Excel and analyze it with the monthly balance in your Accounting program. You can filter month and the year before getting the trial balance. If you want, you can give a specific range of accounts. Also you can just click on the main accounts check box to get your main account-based report. By clicking on the Haraket (detail) button at the end of the each row, you can see all the detailed activities of the related account. This way you can make sure that all the accounts in the trial balance matches with the Government tax laws.

7 4.2 General Trial Balance You can get the trial balance up to the selected month from the beginning of the financial period. 4.3 Comparative Trial balance On this page, you can choose several months to compare on the same report. This way you can see the differences between the accounts and easily detect mistakes. After the values are selected, the comparative trial balance button is pressed.

8 4.4 Account Payable Subsidiary Ledger It gives the list of selected accounts and document details. In this part you can check each account's e- Defter document types. (For example: if the document type other than the invoice is present in the account 600, it should be examined etc.) 4.5 Ledger and Journal (Kebir ve Yevmiye) Before sending the created e-defter to the GİB, it ensures that it appears in the format accepted by the GİB.

9 4.6 Income Chart You can get the income statement even if the reflection slips are not cut between the dates specified. 4.7 Movement Control You can list the records that have the reverse balance of the selected month at the end of the day or at the end of the month.

10 4.7 Belge Document Type Distribution The distribution of the selected month's account's document type is listed. This way you can control if there is an unrelated document type with the accounts. 5- E-Ledger Compliance With this control, you can check the errors that can occur mainly in the schematic and the notebook data.

11 5.1 Accounting Receipt Control 5.2 Total Control 5.3 Document Type Control 6- E-Ledger Comparison This module is the easiest way for you to find the e-ledger and ERP program that you have previously uploaded to Edoksis or Qdenetim. When you press the new button, the following screen will pop up to load the book. From here you can download the e-ledger which has been sent to the Revenue Administration and you can get your report from the comparison section.
