The machine is controlled by PLC automation system which German electronics and the main machine has front and back stacking system robots which line up the wooden pallets on top of the other pallet. For this reason wooden pallets with profile legs are used in automatic machines rather than manuel machines. In this collecting method forklifts are required in fully automatic systems. 24 CB-4 CB-4 TEK BUNKERLİ BETON BRİKET MAKİNASI CONCRETE BLOCK MAKING MACHINE WITH SINGLE HOPPER Machine de Bloc en Béton Avec Une Trémie Unique CB-4 Briket makinası, hidrolik baskı ve mekanik vibrasyon esasına göre çalışan, tüm briket ve asmolen gibi prefabrik beton elemanlarının üretimini yapabilen bir makinadır. CB-4, saatte palet baskı kapasitesine sahip bir makinadır. Manuel olarak kumanda edilen makine TEK harç bunkerli ve istifleme robotlu olarak imal edilmektedir.tek bunkerli makine olduğu için parke taşlarına yüzey tabaka verememektedir, bu yüzden sadece briket üretimi için uygun bir makinedir. Makinadan çıkan mamül paletlerini üst üste istifleyerek forklifte alınmasına olanak sağlayan istifleme robotu hem manuel hemde otomatik olarak çalışabilir. Makinaya beton hazırlama ünitesi için gerekli beton mikseri ve bantlı konveyör de firmamızda üretilmektedir. CB-4 Main machine is designed mostly for production of all types of holllow blocks by changing the moulds on the main machine. However as the machine does not have second hopper, facemix layer can not be applied on the paver models, for this reason this machine is only suitable for block productions. CB-4 Block making machine can press pieces wooden pallet in one hour.pressing is suppiled by the help of strong vibration and the other movements are suppiled with hydraulic system. Wooden pallet with lath leg is used in manuel controled system machines and the end products are received by the help of wheel barrows from the output table of the machine. In semi automatic system, the main machine has front and back stacking system robots which line up the wooden pallets on top of the other pallet. La machine à blocs CB-4 est une machine pouvant produire les éléments en béton préfabriqués comme tous les blocs et bloc de remplissage, fonctionnant selon le principe de presse hydraulique et vibration mécanique. La CB-4 est une machine ayant la capacité de presse de palettes par heure. La machine avec commande manuelle est fabriquée avec une trémie UNIQUE de mortier et un robot de rangement. Comme c est une machine avec trémie unique ne permet de réaliser une couche sur les pierres de parquet, pour cette raison cette machine est seulement compatible pour la fabrication des blocs. Le robot de rangement assurant la possibilité de la mise sur le chariot élévateur en rangeant les uns au dessus des autres des palettes des produits sortant de la machine, fonctionne en mode manuel et en mode semi-automatique

26 TEK BUNKERLI STRAFOR ÜNITELI BRIKET MAKINASI CONCRETE BLOCK MAKING MACHINE FOR INSULATED BLOCK Machine à Bloc, Trémie Unique, Unité de Polystyrène Expansé İzolasyonlu briket üretilebilmesi için ana makinalara strafor sehpa ünitesi eklenerek straforlu briket üretimi yapılabilmektedir. Strafor sehpa ünitesine straforlar manuel olarak el ile yerleştirilir. Sehpa üzerindeki strafor itme mekanizması kontrol panelinden hidrolik ünite ile manuel olarak alt kalıba sürülür ve böylece alt kalıbın straforları alması sağlanır. Üretime yarı otomatik ve manuel olarak destek verilmesi gerektiğinden straforlu briket üretiminde PLC otomasyon kullanılamamaktadır ve straforlu briket üretim kapasitesi normal briket üretimine göre daha az olacaktır. Insulated blocks can be produced with the main production machines that have styrofoam pushing table. The styrofoams should be disposed manually on the styrofoam table and they can be pushed to bottom mould by pushing mechanism with hydraulic unit from the control panel manually,thus it is ensured that the lower mould can get the styrofoams. PLC automation can not be used in the production of insulted blocks since the production must be supported semi-automatically and manually and the production capacity of insulated blocks will be less than normal block productions. Afin de produire des blocs avec isolation sur les machines principales est ajoutée une unité tablier en polystyrène expansée qui permet la fabrication de blocs en polystyrène expansé. Sur l unité tablier de polystyrène expansée les polystyrènes expansés sont placés manuellement. Le mécanisme poussoir sur le tablier est étalé sur le moule dessous de façon manuelle avec l unité hydraulique du panel de contrôle et de cette façon il est assuré la prise du polystyrène expansé par la moule du dessous. Comme il est nécessaire d apporter une assistance semi-automatique et manuelle à la production, dans la fabrication de bloc en polystyrène expansé il n est pas utilisé d Automation PLC et la capacité de fabrication en polystyrène expansé sera moindre par rapport aux blocs normaux

Briket üretimi yanında parke taşı da üretilebilen çift bunkerli makinalara da strafor sehpa ünitesi eklenebilir. Bu ünite sadece briket üretilirken kullanılacaktır. Strafor sehpa ünitesine straforlar manuel olarak el ile yerleştirilir. Sehpa üzerindeki strafor itme mekanizması kontrol panelinden hidrolik ünite ile manuel olarak alt kalıba sürülür ve böylece alt kalıbın straforları alması sağlanır. Üretime yarı otomatik ve manuel olarak destek verilmesi gerektiğinden straforlu briket üretiminde PLC otomasyon kullanılamamaktadır ve straforlu briket üretim kapasitesi normal briket üretimine göre daha az olacaktır. The automatic cuber stacks the end products from the production pallets on to the packaging table or to the outout table on the europallets. Upward and downward movements are provided by hydrolic pistons and the left right movements are provided by electrical motors. The jaw of the cuber can turn to lock the end products.the control is provided by Siemens PLC automation systems and it is independent from the main machine and batching plant.the cuber can stack 7 row blocks. Les mouvements vers le haut et vers le bas sont réalisés avec les pistons hydrauliques, quant aux mouvements a gauche et a droite ils sont réalisés avec le moteur électrique. Le robot collecteur est contrôlé avec le système PLC Automation et agit indépendamment de la machine principale et du groupe de malaxation de mortier.
