Kayseri de yerleşik HAS ÇELİK ve HALAT SAN. TİC. A.Ş. faaliyetine 1989 yılında kablo sektörü için monotron halat üretimi ile başlamış olup, ilerleyen süreçte ürün portföyünü hızla geliştirmiş, ilk aşamada çok telli halatlar ve yaylık çelik tel, sonrasında aluminyum iletken ve kablo üretimlerini bünyesinde gerçekleştirmeye başlamıştır. 20 yıllık süreçte önce yay sistemleri ve yaylık tel üreten Metal Matris A.S., ardından aluminyum kablo üreten Coreal A.S., son olarak da yine aluminyum kablo üreten Has Çelik Kablo tesisleri faaliyete geçirilmiştir. Şu anda da Has Çelik ve Halat San. Tic. A.S. olarak ana üretimimiz olan çok telli çelik halat, monotoron halat, aluminyum çelik özlere ilave olarak endüstriyel yaylık teller ile de ürün çeşitliliği arttırılmıştır. Makine parkurumuzun yenilenmesi ve ilave yatırımların yapılması sayesinde dünya standardlarına(en, ASTM, API vs.) göre üretilen ürün yelpazemiz genişletilmiş, mevcut üretimimiz olan genel amaçlı halatlar, asansör halatları, balıkçı halatları, dönmez halatlar ve bariyer halatlarının yanısıra kompakt,swage, polimer ara kılıflı yüksek mukavemetli halatlar ve yüksek galvanizli halatlar gibi özel ürünler de müşterilerimize sunulmaya başlanmıştır. Şirketimizin sahip olduğu TSE ISO 9000 Kalite Belgesi, asansör halatları için TÜV-SÜD Kalite Belgesi, çevreye olan duyarlığının göstergesi olan TSE ISO-14000 Çevre Belgesi ve ürünlere özel pek çok uluslararası kaliteproses belgeleri ulaştığımız hizmet kalitesinin yerli ve yabancı bağımsız kuruluşlarca tescillendiğinin kanıtıdır. HAS CELIK ve HALAT SAN. TIC. A.S. was established in Kayseri, TURKEY in 1989. We have started production activity to produce steel strand for cable sector, and we enhanced expeditiously our product varieties day by day. At the preliminary stage, we carried out producing steel wire ropes and spring wires, after then aluminium conductors and aluminium cables. In the duration of 20 years, we established our first sister company Metal Matris producing spring systems and spring wires. Following we contributed to Turkish industry with our second sister company COREAL to produce alumunium cables and at the end of 2009 we established our third company Has Celik Cable to enlarge our Aluminium capacity. Now as we are Has Celik, we have strongly concentrated on producing steel wire ropes, steel strands, aluminium steel cores and industrial spring wires. Along with the modernizing of our machines and thanks to new additional investments, we expanded our product range according to world standarts EN, ASTM, API etc. In addition to general purposes ropes, elevator ropes, fishing ropes, non- notating ropes and barrier ropes, we have added swaged, compacted and plastic impregnated core ropes with the high tensile strengths into our production range. Beside these special ropes we produce heavy galvanized( Class A) ropes in certain constructions and diameters. Our high service quality has been proved by those certificates TSE ISO 9000 Quality Certificate, TUV SUD certificate for elevator ropes, TSE-ISO-14000 verifying our sensitiviy to environment, and many international quality- process certificates special for some products indicating our proved service quality by domestic and foreign foundations. We are obviously willing to be a world brand in our sector and to carry on our planned growth.
