Ersa uses environment & human friendly raw materials and accessories, and designs ergonomic, healthy, comfortable and recyclable furniture. Ersa, being capable of serial production, performing special furniture production for banks, hotels, hospitals and dormitories and carrying out decoration work, also produces bathroom and kitchen furniture within its project based works. Ersa s products are preferred in many public and private institutions in Turkey, and furthermore it exports to the USA, Europe, Russia, CIS, North/Middle Africa and Middle Eastern countries. BoXer, Turkey s cutting-edge design company focusing on innovation and strategy joined its forces with PE International, the global leader in product sustainability services and solutions. The Eco Design Project for Ersa is one the first implementations of this fruitful collaboration. The project focuses on green product design as well as green business model design. Taking into consideration the fact that 80% of environmental impacts can be influenced during the product design stage, the benefits of eco design are significant in terms of environmental sustainability. In addition to that, it provides companies with measurable advantages compared to other actors in the same sector; such as brand enhacement, product innovation, compliance, risk management, product differention and cost reductions. In compliance with the above cited criteria and in full cooperation with Ersa s design and production teams, BoXer and PE International are currently working on the project. The future outcome of the latter; Ersa s Green Line could consist of some the greenest furnitures ever produced and marketed in Turkey. Yukarıda belirtilen kıstaslara uygun olarak, Ersa'nın tasarım ve üretim takımlarıyla tam işbirliği içinde BoXer ve PE International halen proje üzerinde çalışmaktadırlar. Bunun gelecekteki bir sonucu olarak ''Ersa Greenline'' Türkiye'de şimdiye kadar üretilmiş ve pazarlanan en ''yeşil'' mobilyaların bazılarını barındırabilir.
BOX IN A BOX IDEA 46 BOX IN A BOX IDEA 47 Küçük Prens Box in a Box Idea, mobilyada uzmanlaşan Ersa nın mühendislik yeteneğini ve esnek üretim altyapısını temsil eden mimari bir konsept olarak 2011 yılında doğdu. Yalın Tan Jeyan Ülkü İç Mimarlık imzasını taşıyan iç mimari konseptinde yer alan Box in a Box fikri, dijital dünyada interaktif alanlara yer verme isteğinden yola çıkarak, farklı bir yöne evrildi. 2012 yılında, yerli ve yabancı tasarımcıları buluşturan en büyük sosyal platform olma vizyonuyla, Türkiye nin tasarımcılara özel ilk sosyal ağı BoxinaBoxIdea.com ve Box in a Box Idea dergi hayata geçirildi. Zamanla farklı akımlara da kucak açan proje, müzik,fotoğraf, video enstalasyon projelerini destekledi; öğrencilerin kendilerini geliştirmelerine olanak sağladı, sanatçıların kendilerini ifade edebilecekleri bir saha açtı. Mimariden endüstriyel tasarım ve modaya, grafik tasarımdan fotoğraf ve müziğe kadar uzanan geniş bir yelpazede amatör ve profesyonel sanatçıları bir araya getiren Box in a Box Idea, kültürsanat alanında Türkiye nin en büyük sanal kütüphanesini oluşturma hedefiyle yoluna devam ediyor. Box in a Box Idea was born in 2011 as an architectural concept representing the infrastructure of flexible production and high engineering skills of Ersa, which has become an expert in furniture. Involved in the interior design concept that holds the signatures of Yalın Tan Jeyan Ülkü Interior Design, Box in a Box Idea has evolved into a different path, emerging from an idea to give a place to the interactive areas in digital world. With the vision of being the biggest social platform to bring the designers together in 2012, BoxinaBoxIdea. com, the first social network special for the investors of Turkey, and Box in a Box Idea periodical were materialized. Embracing the different trends in the course of time, the project has supported the projects of music, photography, video installation; has allowed the self-development of the students and has created an area where the artist can express themselves.
