This faculty resource guide presents our faculty at the Koç University Law School. In the Koç Law School we have the aim, in addition to educating young men and women to have theoretical and practical knowledge in Turkish law, to prepare them for professional positions that require skill and knowledge to meet the needs of the global environment. With the involvement of new generation of business people in international commerce and with the establishment of large size enterprises, the importance of consulting lawyers, who also have general knowledge of the laws of other countries, has become a part of our law school education. Consistent with Koç University s educational philosophy of encouraging exploration and fostering critical thinking and creativity, our program in the Koç Law School all rest on the solid foundation of a liberal arts education.
