Company Profile fiirket Profili Trade is an Italian company which represents a group of companies not only operating in textile machinery sectorbut also others as well. It has always acted as a partner in search for integrated solutions for setting up textile systems in spinning, weaving and finishing. Started with business focusing to providing support for Turkish market during its development phase, overseeing the search in Europe and particularly, the Italian market for the technological opportunities requested by its customers who felt the need to boost the quality of their production in order to improve their competitive edge. This created a solid support structure for the installation of the systems sold, as well as the provision of staff training, spare parts and after-sales service, all of which could guarantee customers the value of their investment. Its scale as an operator in the Turkish market led the company to embark on the creation of an independent local production unit. This was achieved in collaboration with an Italian manufacturer that initially formulated the production methods and models repeated Italian process, as well as overseeing personnel training. Working in close contact with a rapidly expanding market, which by then, had been obliged to improve its level of quality, offered HAS Trade the opportunity to plan, carry out and test its own solutions, based on past experience, which are now offered to the worldwide market. In order to guarantee the agreed level of quality, and in order to compete with the quality of the equipment distributed until then, a separate production unit was established for mechanical components. The latter is fitted with first-rate equipments, both for processing sheet metal using laser-cut systems and CNC machines with a complete range of turning and milling machinery and machining both large-sized and small parts using work centres. In order to optimise both the variety and capacity of its production, the mechanical construction company works in different sectors, benefiting from the opportunity to broaden its experience and improve the general quality of its production dedicated to textile machinery. The existence of this complex reality led to collaborate with European manufacturers who spotted the potential and established collaborations resulting in the production of parts for their systems. In particular, the group developed its own lines for spreading plants produced and installed in different countries worldwide. This experience led to the flat rameuse for traditional textile finishing that is now marketed internationally by HAS Trade. These new production facilities backed by the original support structure for installation and after-sales service now represent an expert and reliable partner for operators worldwide, since they can guarantee the high quality of products distributed and an expert and reliable after-sales organisation to protect the value of the investments made. Together, the companies forming the Group occupy three separate production units, covering 70.000 square metres, having 18.000 square meters closed area. Brush / Sueding Machine F rça Makinesi CSM brush machine that is manufactured by HAS is a soft effect machine that is equipped with special systems according to customers expectations and market conditions. It has been designed for maximum efficiency and perfect effect in any kind of fabric. It is possible to carry out any kind of knitting and textile fabric brushing in CSM Brush Machine. 10 units of inverter controlled motors for a perfect operation provide a sensitive appearance to the fabric with special design brushes and plates. CSM Brush Mac hine is equipped with load cells that can be controlled independently in the inlet, drum and outlet that keep strength of the fabric under control. Load cells keep fabric tension at the same level and ensure that perfect effect is formed on the fabric surface and that the effect and the fabric strength are balanced. With the pressure system over inlet and outlet cylinders the ease of operation to the machine has been provided. 10 units of brush cylinders on the drum provide a soft touch on the fabric surface and provide a unique appearance. There is the blow plate system that avoids formation of marks on the fabric surface and minimizes color shades on fabric with the brush cylinders that move independently with the drum. 2 units of cleaning brushes placed at the outlet of the machine clean dust and fibers resulting from the operation of brushing on the fabric. 4 units of expanders at the inlet and outlet of the machine ensure that the fabric enters the brushes without curling and come out without marks on the edges of the fabric. Brush effect can be kept stable thanks to the assistant menus adapted to the system in the variability of fabric speed and drum cycles that might be encountered in operation and stopping activities of the machine. Feather and effect continuity in desired densities and a soft and homogenous surface can be obtained in surfaces on which CSM brush machine operates. Unlimited production program can be recorded. The values on the screen can be recorded as production program by a single touch. Passage between production programs can also be done by one single touch. It is possible trace on the screen the reasons of alarms and stopping of the machine, and also track and report these reasons graphically. Automation system of our machines can be manufactured with modem connection on demand. Production data can be traced in detail. Total or batch production values are read and information such as machine operation and stopping time, the reasons for stopping can be seen on the screen. Cycles of all motors and their currents can be seen on the screen in percentages graphically.the position of the machine (operating - stopping - resetting - operation by hand) and system activities can be seen on the screen. It is possible to command all drawing cylinders on the machine according to the desired turning direction. Moreover, drum and drag cylinders can be operated while the cylinders stand still by one single touch. Thanks to this feature, giving the first fabric to the machine or skipping any torn place becomes a very easy process.
