Hakkımızda 1970 yılında M. Emin Taşçı tarafından İstanbul - Sirkeci'de kurulan, Emin Teknik, hidrolik hortum rakorları üretimi ve montajı konusunda faaliyet göstermeye başladı. 1992 yılında yönetimi ikinci kuşak Bülent Taşçı nın devralmasıyla şirket merkezi İstanbul - Levent e taşındı ve ürün yelpazesine sert lehim yöntemiyle başlıklı metal flex hortum, klima adaptörleri üretimi ve kaplama prosesi de eklenerek faaliyet konuları genişledi. 2003 yılında üretim alanı 7 m² den 20 m² ye genişledi 2004 yılında ilk Flex hortum makinesi üretimine başlandı. 2005 yılında 8.0 m² kapalı olmak üzere toplam 14.000 m² lik alanda kurulu Aydınlı-Tuzla daki kendi fabrikasına taşındı. 2006 yıllında ihracat genişledi. Flex hortum makineleri, Flex Hortum Örme makineleri ve flex hortumları dünyanın birçok ülkesine ihraç etmeye başladı. 2008 yılında sıcak dövme prosesi hattı kuruldu. Bu hatta demir yolları için tirfon, krapo blonu, cebire blonu, cıvata vb. bağlantı elemanları üretimine geçildi. 2009 yılında metal körük ve kompansatör üretimine başlandı. 2012 yılında, dövme sektöründe ürün yelpazesi genişletilerek 0,5 kg ile 60 kg arasındaki parçalara sıcak şekil verecek çelik dövme tesisi kuruldu. Başarılı çalışmalarını kaliteden ödün vermeden devam ettiren Emin Teknik, deneyimli ve eğitimli personeli, geniş makine parkuruyla yurt içi ve yurt dışındaki faaliyet alanlarını genişletmeye devam etmektedir. Emin Teknik Ltd. Şti. hâlihazırda Tuzla ve Silivri de bulunan toplam dört adet fabrikasında yaklaşık 0 kişinin üzerinde çalışanıyla 15.000 m² kapalı olmak üzere toplam.000 m² alanda faaliyet göstermektedir. Emin Teknik Ltd. Şti. ISO 9001:2008 sistem ve TSE olmak üzere birçok kalite belgesine sahiptir. About 1970-Emin Teknik is founded in Istanbul by Emin Tasci to operate in manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic fittings. 1992-Bulent Tasci who takes over the management as being the second generation, moves the headquarter to Levent / Istanbul and the company s field of activities are expanded by adding production of metal flex hose assemblies, adapters for air conditioning systems and coating process. 2003-Emin Teknik expands its production area from 7 m² to 20 m². 2004-Emin Teknik starts to produce flexible hose machines. 2005-Emin Teknik moves into its own factory located in Tuzla / Istanbul, having a total area of 14.000 m² with 8.0 m² closed production area. 2006-Emin Teknik expands its foreign trade activities by starting to export Flex Hose Production Lines, Braiding Machines and flexible metal hoses to various countries, nearly all over the World. 2008-Emin Teknik takes hot forging line into operation for the production of railway fasteners such as sleeper screws, T-Bolts and fishplate bolts. 2009-Emin Teknik starts to the production of metal bellows and expansion joints. 2011-Emin Teknik incorporates another hot forging plant to form parts between 0,5-60 kg. in order to meet increasing demand in the forging industry. Emin Teknik Co. Ltd. continues to grow its business with an increasing success while not compromising quality. Company expands its field of activities both in domestic and international markets by its experienced and trained staff as well as its extensive machinery park. Today Emin Teknik Co. Ltd. is operating in a total of 4 production facilities located in Tuzla and Silivri and employs over 0 people, having a total indoor production area of 15.000 m² to meet future growth. Uzamaya karşı direnci yüksektir. 2- Paralel boğumlu esnek hortumlar: Boğumlar hortum eksenine dik ve birbirine göre paralel konumundadır, uzamaya karsı dirençsizdir. Örgüsüz esnek metal hortumlar, rijit bağlantı yapmanın getirdiği zorlukları ortadan kaldırmak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Örgülü metal esnek hortumlar, kolay montaj ve titreşim emici özelliğinin yanında basınca dayanıklılığı ve esnek yapısıyla buhar, su, yağ ve gaz bağlantı hatlarında rahatlıkla kullanılır. Esnek metal hortumların kullanım ömrünü etkileyen başlıca faktörler: -Fiziksel dış kuvvetler ve sürtünmeler -Montaj şartları (ön gerilmesiz olmalıdır) -Hareket aralığı -Hareket frekansı Emin Teknik, standart, açık ve kapalı boğum olmak üzere üç tip metal hortum üretmektedir. Corrugated Metal Flexible Hoses Corrugated flexible metal hoses with their high temperature and resistance and easy bent structures are produced in two different versions depending on the corrugation types. 1- Annular Corrugation : Annular corrugated metal hose is made from longitudinally welded tubing with the corrugations formed in parallel planes veritcal to the axis of the hose. 2- Helical Corrugation : Helical corrugated metal hose is also made from longitudinally welded tubing but with the corrugations formed in helix or spiral relative to the axis of the hose. Flexibility of corrugated metal hoses depends on the profile and the distance between the corrugations as well as the wall thickness. Higher profiles with small distance between the corrugations provide more flexibility. In the same way, reducing the wall thickness also causes an increase in the flexibility, but in this case, the pressure resistance will be reduced. In order to increase the pressure resistance, corrugated metal hoses are reinforced with single or multiple braiding. Braiding does not only prevent longitudinal expansion of the hose caused by interior pressure, but it can also absorb exterior tensile stress and provide protection of the exterior surface of the hose. Corrugated metal hoses can be used in all applications where high flexibility and tightness are required, due to its functional and constructional properties Another advantage of corrugated hoses is the absorption of vibrations. Basing on the mentioned advantages of corrugated metal hoses, they can be extensively used in various industrial applications such as; -Heating & Cooling Systems -Food Industry -Chemical Industry -Boiler & Heat Exchanger -Natural Gas applications Main factors affect the service life of the metal flexible hoses is; -Improper installation -Pressure fluctuations -Quick and intermittent movements -Higher operating temperatures Corrugated metal hoses are normally manufactured in Standart Pitch. In general, each manufacturer specifies a standart number of corrugation per meter based on their own specifications considering the acceptable flexibility. Open Pitch hoses have fewer corrugations per meter than the standart pitch hoses. This hose will not be as flexible as a standart pitch hose and can be used in applications where the flexibility is not particularly noteworthy. Main application area of open pitch hoses is boiler & solar systems. Close Pitch hoses have high flexibility due to their increased number of corrugations per meter. 12

Örgü Konfigürasyonu / Braid Configuration Standart olarak esnek hortum üzerine AISI 4 paslanmaz çelik tel örgü yapılmaktadır. Müşteri isteği üzerine çift kat ve değişik konfigürasyonda da üretim yapılabilmektedir. Hortumda tel örgü, yüksek iç basınç nedeniyle hortumun boylamasına uzamasını engelleyerek daha yüksek basınçta çalışma yeteneği sağlamaktadır. Metal hortum ve örgünün aynı malzemeden üretilmesi mümkünse de, korozyon önleyici ve ekonomik nedenlerden dolayı farklı malzemeden de üretilirler. Örgü için genellikle AISI4 malzeme kullanılmaktadır. Örgü sayısı istenen basınç ile orantılıdır. Basınç direncini arttırmak için örgü kat sayısı arttırılabilir. Örgü parametreleri: kukla sayısı, her gruptaki tel sayısı ve tel çapıdır. SS 4 is our common braiding on flexible hoses and double braiding or different configurations are possible upon customer s demands. Metal wire braid on hose assembly provides the hose a higher pressure capability by preventing longitudinal expansion of the hose caused by high interior pressure.though it is possible, both the wire braiding and the corrugated hose can be made of using the same basic material, because of corrosion protection and economical reasons, two different materials can also be used. In general AISI4 material is used for wire braiding. The number of braidings depends on the required pressure. To increase the pressure resistance, they can be reinforced with single or multiple braidings. Construction of the braid is specified as (no. of carriers) x (no. of wires in each group) x (wire diameter).
