Firmamýzýn modern tesislerinde kesme hatlarý, dirsek ükme makineleri, uç kesme kaynak aðzý, muhtelif kalite kontrol irimleri ve ekipleriyle /" den " e kadar dikiþli, dikiþsiz, SCH 0, SCH 0 normlarýnda TSE'li dirsek, redüksiyon, tee, kep eklenti parçalarý üretmektedir. Ýþletmemiz ISO 0:000 Kalite Sistemi altýnda çalýþmaktadýr. Sardoðan, Türkiye'de ilk defa dýþ çap, mm (") üstü dirseði kendi imkânlarýný kullanarak herhangi ir desteðe aþvurmadan üretmiþtir. Ayrýca patlatma yöntemiyle orijinal Te'yi Türkiye'de ilk defa firmamýz üretmiþtir. Türk sanayisinin dýþa aðýmlýlýðýný azaltan u giriþimlerin en üyüðü ikiþsiz Boru Üretim hattýyla gerçekleþmiþtir. Sardoðan, ovalama yöntemiyle orularýn çap ve et kalýnlýklarýna müdahale ederek istenilen uzunlukta orular asailmektedir. Soðuk Çekme Boru üretim hattýmýz, gii düþük toleranslarda, yüksek hassasiyet gerektiren her türlü projeye malzeme sunailecek kapasitededir. Sardoðan, aþarýnýn çok çalýþmakla eraer doðru ve planlý yatýrýmlar gerçekleþtirmekten geçtiðinin ilincindedir. Bu doðrultuda küresel rekaet þarlarýnda kendi iþine yatýrým yaparak sektördeki öncü varlýðýný uzun yýllar devam ettirmek istemektedir. Sardoðan Endüstri ve Ticaret has involved in production of uttwelded pipe fittings and flanges from caron steel since 99. Throughout long history of Sardoðan which goes ack to Karaköy, homeland to many Turkish industrialists, it has een unique trademark in the market. Today, its manufacturing facilities are located on the area of 0 000 m² where it has een working with a factory uilding and administrative offices in the Kurtköy Industrial Zone, Istanul, Turkey. Product range of Sardoðan continuously growing covers different types of pipe fittings and flanges from caron steel namely St. or S. It makes mass production in accordance with international standards like IN, EN and ANSI. Fittings and flanges with rand names of Sardoðan and SR are manufactured under ISO 0:000 Quality Management System as well as certificate of Assessment of Manufacturer Material y Bureau Veritas. All the products in Sardoðan are accredited y official notified ody of Turkey, Turkish Standards Institution (TSE). Looking at prominent history of Sardoðan there can e seen many innovations served to customers y research and development activities estalished over the experience coming from past. Two examples, which can suddenly appear in everyody's mind in Turkish market, are production of elows igger than Ø,mm (") and of original hydroformed tee. The last stage in Sardogan's innovation history is production of Coldrawn Pipe and Tues as well as production of pipes y the Mannesmann method. Concerning severe working conditions of today's usiness where national orders are eing gradually destroyed, any industrialist can e free from eing gloally challenged y its rivals. Sardogan is a company knowing this reality very well makes investments in its actual production facilities to e modernized. In this respect conventional furnaces for hotforming production have een transformed induction system from natural gas. Moreover, manufacturing technique of flanges y plasma cutting system was replaced y forging hammers with eccentric press.
