Aşağıdaki işaretlerin parlak olması cihazın açık olduğunu, sönükse kapalı olduğunu gösterir. ON/OFF...ışığı ekranda yanacak. Üst Isıtıcı (PTC) 600 Watt...ışığı ekranda yanacak. Alt Isıtıcı (PTC) 600 Watt...ışığı ekranda yanacak. Sıcaklık/ Zamanlayıcı...ışığı ekranda yanacak. Cihazı Kapama Cihazı kapatmak için cihazın üst kısmında bulunan (açma/kapama) düğmesine basın. UYARI! Cihazı kapattıktan sonra 10 sn kadar fan motoru PTC Isıtma plakaları soğutma işlevi için çalışabilir. Kullanım TEMP. TIMER Zaman Ayarı:Paneldeki göstergeye 1 kere bastığımızda zamanlama göstergesi yanıp sönecektir. işaretleriyle istediğiniz zamanı ayarlayabilirsiniz. (0-12 saat) Cihaz ayarlanan sıcaklığa ulaştıktan sonra, otomatik olarak kapanır. Salınım SWING Cihaz çalışırken salınımı açmak için düğmesine basınız. Salınım çalışırken düğmeye bastığımızda fonksiyon kapanacaktır. Uzaktan Kumanda Isıtıcı panelinde yer alan 7 fonksiyon anahtarları uzaktan kumanda üzerinde de bulunmaktadır ve aynı işlevleri sağlamaktadırlar. Uzaktan kumandayı kullanırken, kumandayı ısıtıcının display paneline doğrultunuz. Kumandanın pilleri bittiğinde yenisiyle değiştiriniz. (CR2032 3 V) UYARI! Geri dönüşüm için lütfen 16. Sayfaya bakınız. Aşırı Isınmaya Karşı Koruma Cihaz aşırı ısınma halinde otomatik olarak kapanma güvenlik sistemine sahiptir. Bu durumda cihaz kendisini kapatacak ve yeterince soğuduğunda otomatik olarak tekrar açılacaktır. Devrilme Emniyet Şalteri Cihaz 40 derecenin üzerinde bir eğime ulaştığında otomatik olarak kapanır. Bu nedenle devrilme halinde cihaz otomatik kapanacak, dik konuma getirildiğinde tekrar çalışmaya başlayacaktır. 14

Safety CE Declaration of Conformity Intended use Unauthorized use Children This appliance fulfills the requirements of the Appliance and Product Safety Law (GPSG) and the EU Directives 2004/108/EC Electromagnetic Compatibility and 2006/95/EC Low-Voltage Directive. The appliance bears the CE mark on the rating plate. Fakir reserves the right to change design and equipment. This appliance may only be used for private and commercial purposes in residences and adjoining rooms. The appliance is only suitable as additional heating during the transitional period and has not been designed for permanent heating. The appliance may only be used in the upright position. Any other use is considered unauthorized and is prohibited. The examples of unauthorized use listed here can result in malfunctions, damage to the appliance or personal injury. This appliance may be used only by children from the age of 8 years and over, persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capacities or by persons lacking in experience and / or knowledge, if they will be supervised, or they have been properly instructed with regard to safe use of the appliance and they are aware of the possible resulting risks. Safety The appliance must not be built into and used in vehicles as it requires special components (e.g. protected heating elements, stronger motors, reinforced anchorage of the components for shock protection, etc.) which must not be used in vehicles. Using the appliance in vehicles of any kind (e.g. site trailers, elevators, camping trailers, motor vehicles, and cabins) and similar closed quarters is prohibited. ATTENTION! Damage to appliance from rain and dirt: never use or store the appliance outdoors. The device must not be used in bathroom, shower or swimming pool. To prevent any risks caused by accidentally resetting the temperature limiter, refrain from using the appliance as an external switching device, such as a time switch, and do not supply the appliance with power or connect it to a current circuit that is regularly switched on and off by your power company. 21
Safety WARNING! Danger of overheating and fire WARNING of fire hazard! The appliance must not be installed or operated in garages or rooms prone to fire such as stables, wooden sheds, etc. This also applies to rooms where highly flammable vapors or dust can easily form. WARNING of fire hazard! The room intended to heating must not be used for storing highly flammable materials (e.g. gas, solvents, aerosol cans, etc) or highly combustible materials (e.g. wood, paper, etc). Keep such materials away from the appliance. Danger of fire and explosion! Never use the appliance in the vicinity of explosive or flammable materials. Install the appliance such that the distance to other adjacent objects is at least 30 cm and combustible objects cannot catch on fire. Installing the appliance behind doors is prohibited. Safety Electric current ATTENTION! Incorrect voltage can destroy the appliance. Operate the appliance only if the voltage specified on the rating plate corresponds to the voltage in your household. The socket must be protected with a 16 A automatic circuit breaker. Use only extension cords designed for the power input of the appliance. When operating the appliance, unwind the power cord completely. The power cord must not lie on top of the appliance during operation. Kapitel Assembly L Unpacking Unpack the appliance and check the contents for completeness (see "Scope of delivery"). If you detect damage from transport, contact your retail dealer immediately. Assembly Assembling Put the master device on a desktop, with the bottom reaching out, unscrew the cover fixer, as Picture Ⅰ showed. Connect the base with the cover fixer, tie the base,as Picture Ⅰ showed. Erect the device, put it an even and stable surface. Infrared remote controll Pull out the battery door at the back side of remote control (see Picture Ⅲ) Pay attention to the battery polarity, and insert the battery to the tray of the door (see Picture IV ) Push the battery door into the remote control. ATTENTION! Disused batteries and accumulators (rechargeable batteries) contain useful materials but they also contain harmful substances which are necessary for function and safety of the appliances. Disposing them into the domestic waste or wrong handling may be dangerous to human health and may pollute the environment. Do not dispose the battery at the end of its life with the household refuse. Batteries must be disposed separately! Use the collection point in your locality for the disposal of the batteries. If the device is not needed over a longer period of time, the batteries should be removed to prevent leakage. 29

Operating Switching on Press the power switch which is situated at the rear part of the appliance. The appliance is then in the standby mode. For switching the appliance on press the on/off key at the top of the appliance. The appliance is now ready for operation. The display is showing the following: a) Power indicator light on. b) UPPER PTC:Low heating power indicator light on. c) NETHER PTC:Low heating power indicator light on. d) ROOM TEMPERATURE: Room temperature indicator light on. Operating Switching off To turn off, press the On / Off button at the top of the unit. WARNING! After switching off the unit, the fan motor is still about 10 seconds after the cooling of the PTC heating elements. During this cooling, the unit may not be unplugged, or turn off the main switch, otherwise could overheat the PTC heating elements. If the fan motor to cool off the PTC heating elements can be turned off at the mains switch on the rear panel. Infrared remote controll Remote control operation panel There are seven function keys on the remote control and their functions are same as those keys on the control panel of the heater. While operating the remote control, point the remote control to the display window of the heater. Please replace the battery when the battery died. (CR2032 3 V), see page 13 Disposal instructions page 22! 33
After use Cleaning and maintenance Remove the air filter (1) as it showed in the following picture. Filter cleaning: Immerse the filter in clean water for several minutes and allow it to drythoroughly. Place the clean, dry filter back into the back grill (2). Make sure that assemble it correctly WARNING! WARNING! Before conducting any maintenance or cleaning, switch off and unplug the appliance. If the mains plug is plugged in, the appliance could accidentally be switched on, resulting in injuries. Clean the appliance only with a dry or slightly moist cloth. WARNING! If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or the manufacturer s customer service department or a person with similar qualifications to prevent any hazards. WARNING! Repairs and maintenance may by performed only by trained technicians (e.g. Fakir customer service). Only original Fakir replacement parts may be used. Improperly repaired or serviced appliances may pose a danger to the user. Before storing the appliance in a dust-proof environment, allow the appliance to cool off and wind up the power cord. Radiators that have not been in use for an extended period of time, must be checked by a trained technician before being put back in operation or prior to every heating period. Security systems Overheating protection Tip-over safety protection The heater has a security system that in the cases described below will automatically shutdown. When the unit is overheating and automatically be switched back on. The heater has a Kippsicherungs- switch that the device is already at an inclination angle of 40 + / - 10 tilt or turn off automatically at a push. After you have brought the unit back to its vertical position, it can be turned on again. WARNING! Do not cover! In order to avoid overheating. do not cover the heater. WARNING! If you notice a defect several times, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and proceed in accordance with section "Troubleshooting" in the following chapter. 35
