ASANSÖR HALATLARI 1. Genel özellikleri Seale Bu halatlar esnek ve dış telleri kalın olup, aşınma dayanımları iyidir. İnsan taşımalarında kullanılan asansör halatlarında emniyet katsayısı en az 12 olacak şekilde halat seçilmesi tavsiye edilmektedir. Tel minimum kopma mukavemetleri 140,160 veya 180 kg / mm2 olabilir. Özel asansör halatlarında farklı 2 mukavemet özelliklerinde teller kullanılabilir. Halatlar yağlanmalı, kullanım esnasında sık sık kontrol edilmeli ve kontroller kayıt altına alınmalıdır. 2. 4. Asansör halatı kullanımında dikkat edilmesi gereken husular Warrington - Yorulma dayanımı - Aşınma dayanımı - Sinir olmaması - Uygun preforme özellikleri çok önemlidir. ELEVATOR ROPES 1. Product data Seale Elevator ropes with flexible and thicker outer wires are resistant to abrassion. The recomended factor of safety of ropes at least 12 used in human lift applications. Rope grades can be 140, 160 or 180 kg / mm2 for elevators ropes. Ropes composed of two different graded wires (Dual Tensile ) also can be used for special lift systems. Ropes must be relubricated, checked in service and the records must be saved. 2. Usage All types of elevators for the lifting purpose of human or other loads Filler 3. Rope consturctions Generally for lifting purposes, paralled laid and having the same pitch with fiber core ropes are used. The common types are seale, warrington and filler, for special applications 6x19 seale and 6x19 filler constructions can also be used. 4. Important notes on wire rope usage Warrington - Bending fatique - Abrasion resistance - Stress free - Good preformed
Her iki durumda halat ömrü açısından sakıncalıdır. Genelde halat yiv açısı 135-150 derece arasında olmalıdır. Halat çapı ölçümü Halat çapı, halat dış tel ve demetlerini çevreleyen ve tüm halat kesitini içine alan çemberin çapıdır. Halat çap ölçümünde ölçü cihazı çenelerinin mutlaka en dış 2 demete teması gerekli olup, genelde birbirine dik iki ölçüm birbirinden en az 1 metre mesafedeki iki noktada yapılır ve bu dört ölçüm ortalamalarının toleranslar içinde olması istenir. Standartlarda, anlaşmazlık halinde halat çapının belli bir öngergi altında ölçülmeside öngörülmüştür. Correlations between of reel, drum and rope The diameter of reels, drum and also the diameter and the other properties of groove on drum and the reel are the most important criteria effecting the rope service life. Groove gauges can be used to check wear on sheaves, sheave diameter and width. It is useful to use suitable material for the production of reels and sheaves. If the sheeve diameter and fleet angle is greater than the limits then flattened surfaces are observed on the ropes. Reversly, if sheave diameter and fleet angle is lower than the limits, the rope sticks between sheave s surfaces with limited movement ability, both cases shorten the service life of the rope. Recomended fleet angle is 135-150 degree. Measurement of rope diameter The correct diameter of a wire rope is the diameter of a circum-scribed circle that will enclose all the strands. The correct size of the rope can be read by caliper the when the caliper axles contact with the opposing outer strands of the wire rope.generally the rope diameter is the avarege of 4 measurement done on two different location of rope with at least distance of 1 meter with the double perpendicular measurements on the same point. In case of hesitate, rope diameter can be measured under a certain preload. Ropes are generally winded over drums or coiled. Precautions must be taken during installation or cutting into lenghts. The circles caused by wrong unwinding may result in permanent deformations on the rope such as, birdcages or kinks seen below pictures. It is impossible to use ropes damaged during unwinding.it is not a fault of production. To avoid such deformations, ropes must be winded and unwinded under a certain preload by means of machines. Ropes being a part of working systems must be protected againist the environmental effects. Since the ropes are composed of many wires, necessary precautions must be taken while storage, handling, unwinding and putting into service.
