SCALAMICE HABER Scalamice News DANONE PROFESYONEL LANSMAN TOPLANTISI Danone, ev dışı tüketim pazarı ihtiyaçlarına daha iyi cevap verebilmek üzere kurduğu yeni markası Danone Profesyonel i 20 Şubat 2012 günü Point Hotel Barbaros ta lansman toplantısı ile tanıttı. Danone Türkiye adına toplantıda söz alan Danone Türkiye İş Geliştirme Müdürü Korhan Korel 2012 itibariyle ev dışı tüketim kanallarında tüm müşterilerine hizmet verecek olmanın verdiği mutluluğu dile getirdi. Fast food ve restoran kanalında tüketicilere lezzetli ve sağlıklı seçenekler sunacak Danone, markalarını ve yeni ürünlerini kurulan stantlarla katılımcılarına tanıttı. Lezzetleri yerinde deneyen katılımcılar bu deneyimden oldukça mutlu ayrıldılar. Öğle yemeklerini otelin 18.katında bulunan View Restaurant ın muhteşem manzarası eşliğinde yiyen katılımcılar yemeklerinde kullanılan Danone ürünleri ile de lezzetli saatler geçirdiler. DANONE PROFESYONEL BRAND LAUNCHING MEETING Danone introduced Danone Profesyonel its new brand dedicated to better address non-domestic consumption needs at the launch held at Point Hotel Barbaros, Istanbul, on February 20, 2012. Korhan Korel, Danone Turkey s Business Development Manager, took the floor on behalf of the company and expressed Danone Turkey s happiness and excitement to be serving the entire customer base through nondomestic consumption channels. Danone will be offering succulent and healthy options to consumers in the fast food and restaurant channels and introduced its brands and novel products to visitors of the stands. Having had the opportunity to try the savory offerings on the spot, the visitors were seen to leave the event with happy faces and satisfied palates. The visitors had lunch at View Restaurant located on the 18th floor of the hotel and with a gorgeous pano- rama and enjoyed a time of fete with the Danone products used in the preparation of the dishes. P&G BRAUN LANSMAN TOPLANTISI Braun her yıl düzenlemiş olduğu Adrenalin Toplantısı nı bu kez 02 Mart 2012 tarihinde Double Tree by Hilton Moda Otel de gerçekleştirdi. Distribütörleri ve satış ekibini bir araya getiren toplantıda 2011 yılı değerlendirmesi ve 2012 yılı satış-pazarlama stratejileri üzerine konuşuldu. Braun un 2012 yüzü Özge Ulusoy un katılımı ile renk kattığı toplantı, katılımcıların keyifli saatler geçirmesine sebep oldu. Akşam yemeği ise 360 East Moda nın enfes manzarası eşliğinde bu yıl ki organizasyon da unutulmaz anılar ile tamamlandı. P&G BRAUN LAUNCHING MEETING Braun held its annual Adrenalin Meeting at the Double Tree by Hilton, Moda Hotel on March 02, 2012. The meeting was held to assess 2011 s performance and discuss sales and marketing strategies for 2012 with the attendance of both distributors and sales teams. The attendance of Ozge Ulusoy, Braun s face of 2012, ensured that attendees enjoyed themselves. The meeting was closed as an event to remember with a dinner served at 360 Moda with the restaurant s beautiful views. 2 3

Sony Genel Müdürü Mohsen Noohi nin açılış konuşması ile başlattığı toplantıda, geçmiş yılın değerlendirmelerine yer verilirken gelecek yılın pazarlama stratejileri üzerine keyifli bir toplantı gerçekleştirildi. Sony Center İş Ortakları, geçen yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da ürün deneyim alanlarında hem ürünler hakkında bilgiler edinip, hem de yeni ürünleri deneyimleme fırsatı buldular. SONY CENTER BUSINESS PARTNERS MEETING, APRIL 4, 2012 Sony held its annual Business Partners Meeting at Point Hotel Barbaros, Istanbul, on April 4, 2012. Having been opened with a speech from Mr. Mohsen Noohi, the General Manager of Sony, the meeting featured an assessment of the past year and productive discussions on marketing strategies for 2012. Sony Center s Business Partners had the opportunity to learn about and try the new products at the product experience sessions, as they did last year. The gala dinner was served at View Restaurant located on the 18th floor of the hotel along with the restaurant s gorgeous panorama. FERROLİ YETKİLİ SERVİSLERİ YILIN STRESİNİ ANTALYA DA ATTI Ferroli Isıtma ve Soğutma Çözümleri nin Türkiye nin dört bir yanındaki Yetkili Servisleri 23-25 Mart 2012 tarihleri arasında, Antalya Susesi Otel de Biz Hep Buradayız, Değişime Varız sloganı ile gerçekleşen organizasyonda bir araya geldi. Gala gecesinde gerçekleşen Yetkili Servis Ödülleri ile keyiflerine keyif katan misafirler, eğlenceli dakikalar geçirdiler. FERROLIS AUTHORIZED SERVICES LET OFF STEAM FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR IN ANTALYA The nationwide workforce and authorized services of Ferroli Heating and Cooling Solutions assembled for the event, organized with the motto Here We Are, Up For The Change at Susesi Hotel, Antalya, between March 23 and 25, 2012. The staff of Ferroli s Authorized Services jumped into the most adventurous set of activities as of the moment they checked into the hotel and had then an enjoyable night at the barbecue party with a DJ performance in the hotel s gardens. The meetings held featured an assessment of the past year and plans for the coming one. The guests had an entertaining time during the presentation of the Authorized Services Awards at the gala night. 4 5

SCALAMICE HABER Organization MERCEDES CSI NO.1 MÜŞTERİ MEMNUNİYET YOLCULUĞU DEVAM EDİYOR Mercedes Benz Türk, bayi satış ve servis çalışanları, bayi genel müdürleri ve Mercedes Benz Türk çalışanları, müşteri memnuniyeti yolculuklarına 03 Mart 2012 tarihinde The Marmara Hotel İstanbul da düzenlenen organizasyon ile devam etti. Mercedes Benz Türk ailesinin bir araya geldiği organizasyonda bu büyük aile, hem müşteri memnuniyeti konusundaki başarılarını konuştu hem de daha iyisi için değerlendirmelerde bulundu. Katılımcılarımızın satış ve satış sonrası servisleri konu alan kısa filmlerinin çekimi için 8 adet salon ayrı ayrı dekor edilerek, çekim platosu haline getirildi. Çekim aşamalarından sonra montajlanan filmler, ana salonda gösterildi ve oylama sonunda dereceye giren filmlerin yaratıcı ekipleri düzenlenen ödül töreninde Mercedes Benz Türk Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri nden ödüllerini aldılar. Toplantı ve çekim aşamalarından sonra Mercedes Benz Türk Ailesi gala gecesinde gönüllerince eğlendi MERCEDES CSI NO.1 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION JOURNEY CONTINUES The sales and service staff and the managers of Mercedes Benz Turk s dealers as well as Mercedes Benz Turk staff continued the journey to customer satisfaction with an event held at The Marmara Hotel, Istanbul, on March 03, 2012. The Mercedes Benz Turk family reunited during the event and not only discussed their achievements in terms of customer satisfaction but also deliberated upon opportunities for improvement. Eight halls were decorated differently to become sets for the shooting of the attendees short films on sales and post-sales service. The films created after the shooting stage were then projected in the main hall and the creative teams of films deemed worthy of award by vote were presented with their awards by members of the Mercedes Benz Turk Board of Directors during the awards ceremony held thereafter. The Mercedes Benz Turk family thoroughly enjoyed themselves during the gala night held after the meeting and the video shoots 6 7

Misafirler aynı adaya ikinci gün de gitmeyi isteyerek keyif dolu 2 gün geçirdiler. Brezilya usulü et yemeklerinin zengin ve çeşitliliğini doyasıya tattıkları restoranlar ve Samba Show unu izledikleri gala sonrasında, sımsıcak iklimden buz gibi olan ülkemize bembeyaz karlar ile karşılanarak geri döndüler. BRISA S TRIP TO BRAZIL Brisa entertained its prominent Turkish dealers and their spouses in Rio de Janeiro, the world famous Brazillian city with its splendid natural beauty, between January 22 and 27, 2012. The guests stayed at the Marriott Hotel on Copacabana beach throughout the event and had the opportunity to experience the beautiful resorts of the city, visit the famous statue of Jesus Christ on Corcovado Hill and the very venue of the traditional, globally known and envied Rio Carnival. The guests also enjoyed a day to remember during the boat trip to Bernardo Island; a paradise with tropical wildlife, silk-white sand and crystal clear sea, and even repeated the trip on the following day. Having experienced the restaurants where they tasted the most zestful and diverse meat dishes of Brazilian cuisine and having seen the sensual Samba Show; the guests bid farewell to the warm weather of Brazil to be welcomed home by the freezing cold blanket of white snow covering Turkey. Ceva - DİF İlaç, Veteriner Hekimlerini 30 Mart - 02 Nisan 2012 tarihleri arasında St. Petersburg Gezisi nde buluşturdu. Seyahat süresince Dünyanın en geniş sanat koleksiyonuna sahip ve en ünlü müzelerinden biri olan Hermitage Müzesi, Nevski Caddesi, devasa Isaac Katedrali, muhteşem cephesi ile Amirallik Binası, şair Puşkin`in heykelinin süslediği Sanatçılar Meydanı, Puşkin Kasabası ve Katerina Sarayı, devrimin simgesi Aurora Gemisi, ve 70 km`lik ünlü Neva Nehri gibi şehrin simgesi haline gelmiş yerler gezildi. Dans showları ile ünlü restoranlarda alınan akşam yemeklerinde eğlence dolu saatler yaşandı. Keyifli bir şekilde sona eren gezinin ardından katılımcılar, bir sonraki gezide buluşmak üzere vedalaştılar. CEVA S TRIP TO ST. PETERSBURG Ceva - DIF Ilac organized a trip to St. Petersburg for its Veterinary Surgeons between March 30 and April 2, 2012. The guests had the chance to visit the iconic spots of the city such as Hermitage Museum, one of the most famous museums in the world with the largest art collection worldwide; Nevskiy Prospect (Avenue); the huge Isaac Cathedral; the Admiralty Building with its fantastic frontal view; the Arts Square with the splendid Statue of Pushkin, the famous Russian master of poetry; the town of Pushkin and Catherine Palace; the Cruiser Aurora, the symbol of revolution, and the famous 70 km long Neva River during the trip. Enjoyable moments were shared during the dinners at restaurants famous for their dance shows. The guests eventually bid farewell and promised to reunite for the next event as the trip ended blissfully. 8 9

XEROX KAPADOKYA TOPLANTISI Xerox her yıl gerçekleştirdiği, Xerox Academy eğitim/ workshop toplantısını bu sene de 12 14.04.2012 tarihleri arasında, Kapadokya da Lykia Lodge otelde realize etti. Katılımcılar gün içinde toplantılara katılıp, akşam da beraber eğlenme şansı buldular. 13.04.2012 gecesi gerçekleşen Gala Yemeğinde bir yılın yorgunluğunu atan katılımcılar, yeni ürünleri de yakından tanıma ve deneme imkanı buldular. XEROX MEETING IN CAPPADOCIA Xerox held its annual Xerox Academy training / workshop event at Lykia Lodge Hotel, Cappadocia, between April 12 and 14, 2012. The attendees, who participated to the training and workshop activities during the day, rejuvenated themselves in the evenings. They blew the steam of the year off during the gala dinner held on April 13, 2012, and also had the opportunity to learn about and try the new products.
