RADIAL FANS (FORWARD CURVED BLADES) GÖKSER The fans of GÖKSER MAKÝNA are manufactured with 12 years of experience and highest technology in line with the world fan standards. Fan impellers are designed to yield greatest efficiency. Fans are produced from either of the following materials according to their size, angular speed and to the conditions of the environment. Aluminium Galvanic Hard Aluminium DKP sheet. All radial fans with blades with forward bent are manufactured using riveting method. Their static and dynamic balace is obtained throught electronic balance machines. Fans are produced according to the demands which are different from the standart dimensions.
GÖKSER VANTÝLATÖRLER ÝLE ÝLGÝLÝ GENEL BÝLGÝLER GENERAL INFORMATION ON VENTILATORS Vantilatörler genel olarak üç gruba ayrýlýrlar. Radyal vantilatörler Eksenel vantilatörler Dik akýmlý vantilatörler Radyal vantilatörlerde hava vantilatöre eksenel olarak girer, radyal olarak terk eder. Burada salyangozun görevi, hava hýzýnýn bir kýsmýný basýnca dönüþtürmektir. Radyal vantilatör kanatlarý geriye dönük veya ileri dönük olarak dizayn edilirler. Ýleri dönük kanat sistemine sahip Radyal vantilatörler hacimsel olarak geriye dönük kanatlý Radyal vantilatörlere göre daha az yer kaplarlar. Bununla birlikte genel verimleri daha düþüktür. Toz veya partikül transportu için geriye dönük kanat sistemine sahip radyal vantilatörler daha kullanýþlýdýr. Hava akýmý kanat eðrisinin üzerinden geçtiðinden toz veya partiküllerin kanat aralarýný týkamasý mümkün deðildir. Ýleri dönük kanat yapýsýna sahip radyal vantilatörlerin ise boyut avantajý vardýr. Orta büyüklükteki debi ve basýnç deðerleri küçük boyutlarla elde edilir. Pratik olmasý bakýmýndan sadece eksenel vantilatörlere vantilatör denilmektedir. Radyal vantilatörler fan olarak adlandýrýlýr. Generally, the ventilators, are divided into three groups: Radial ventilators Axial - flow ventilators Vertical - flow ventilators In radial ventilators air is led through the ventilator in the axial form leaves it ridailly. Radial fans with forward bents have the less volume and efficiency than the fans with backward bent. Radial ventilators with fans with backward bent are handler for dust or particle transport. Since airflow is over the blade inclination, it is impossible for the dust or particles to block the space in between the blades. Radial ventilators with blades with forward bent are more advantageous concerning their size. Middle size capacity and pressure values are obtained using ones of smaller sizes. Only the axial-flow ventilators are called ventilators for the purpose of practicality. Radial ventilators are called fan.
