Description of Technology a. What is it? XD Theatre is a Simulation platform which give you feeling of a ride or flying We call it XD because it has many Dimensions. In the Theatre we use special screen on which we show 3D content. During the show according the scenario of a content it is possible to give various effects like air, snow, wind, rain, fog, etc... It gives full feeling of real ride experience. b. How does it works? The main important thing is Motion technology. We use best technology for XD theatres: Electromechanical technology. This technology can fast react to all sudden commands of control pannel. For best «real feeling» we use 6 axis Hexapod robot, which is using in all professional simulators. Hexapod robot made with special pistons and Siemens Servomotors. For the best synchronization we use Simemens Simotion Control Units and special «human sens» adjustable software program. Special Touch pannel screen make management of the system very simple. One day training is enough to manage the system.

Description of Technology e. How is it installing? Theatre will have space according to seat numbers. Very simple installing of Hexapod robot and other effect devices. f. How to operate it? System operating by one person using touch panel screen. It is very simple to manage the system. On the screen there will be buttons of films and Start and Stop buttons of the films. g. Description of Technology h. How many people need to operate? If it is crowd place 2 and more people will be better. For small place one person can sell tickets and manage the show. i. What is the necessary space? Depending on screen type. Flat screen need more space but one projector. Curve screen needs smaller space but 3 and more projectors. The height of the Theatre depend on number of seats: from 3,5meters up to 5 meters. Standart 9 seats cinema layout below: j. What is the format of the content? We show 3D format animation Ride films and real 3D Ride movies. During the show audience will wear special 3D glasses.

Costs a. Costs of the system Costs of the system depend on seat number, platform number and screen type. b. Costs of the content. As a content mostly used 3D Ride animation films, produced by us or other company, and sell by licensing them to customers. Simulator Makine Produksiyon Ltd give 5 films to customers for free for the first year, and licensing for the next 3 years. One 3D animation Ride film cost 3.500$ / 3 years. (or 1.666$ per year) c. Simulator Makine Produksiyon Ltd ready to work in a different type of payments: Total transfer (TT), 50% in advance 50% before shipment, Letter of Credit (LC). d. Operational costs: 1. Salaries, 2. Electrical cost-200$/months, Oil and Effect liquids-100$/month.
Revenue a. What the source of revenue? Main source of revenue is selling tickets. XD cinema has very high investment return rate. But cinema must be good. People do not like cheap cinemas because of poor movement and bad synchronisation. People like our cinemas very much and our cinemas addictive and very profitable. With an average 500 visitors and 4$ ticket price it can return investment in 3 months.
Area: We can produce any number of seats, from 4 up to 70 seats. We are a flexible manufacturer and can develope any project according to your place. Electricity: Our system needs Three phaze 380V 50Hz electricity. Maintenance: Simple daily lubrication of pistons with spray lubricant, or chose automatic lubrication system.
