Feedline Lead feedline is provided with heaters, thermocouple and high insulation material. Four separate healers are provided to insure efficiency in heating and reliable lead delivery. Feedline can also be customized according to the customer requirements. Temperature control of the feedline is controlled via touch screen operator panel. Lead Dispense Pump Lead dispense pump is designed to supply melted lead alloy to the Grid Casters Due to its rugged construction it requires less maintenance. It is connected with motor and pulley assembly Motor is controlled by an independent variable speed driver Water Cooling System Water cooling system is designed to provide efficient water cooling for mold cooling, as well as other cooling zones in the Giid Casters. This system is specially redesigned for PbCa alloy casting as it requires high precision temperature control. To insure that precision, cooling line water flow is controlled by rnulti valve which enables to keep temperature within a narrower range than the conventional cooling control systems. This system is supplied with all necessary piping, accessories and tooling. There is a pressure sensor which automatically shuts off the machines when pressure gets out of desired range. Lead Furnace Lead furnace has an heavy duty construction which enables it operating for years without any structural trouble. The furnace is connected with a LPG (or Natural Gas) burner complete with all relevant accessories. Furnace body is rounded with an efficient insulation layer consisting rock wool, ceramic wool and special fabrication fire bricks. Furnace has scrap access gates as well as easy connect inspection doors. Pump connections and lead delivery piping are integrated into the furnace. Furnace hood is designed to combine grid castes hoods through which central ventilation system can be utilized. Ingot feeding gate is provided in the furnace rear, which is self closing Furnace can be customized according to different installation requirements. Furnace tub can be manufactured as double chamber so that two different alloys can be processed with a single casting system.
