Hacim Ayarını çevirerek istediğiniz hacme ayarlayınız. 2. Emici ucu sıkıca takın. 3. Dolum Kolunu ilk adıma kadar itin. DİKKAT: Eğer ilk defa kullanıyorsanız, parmak pompası ve dolum kolu zor hareket edebilir, dolum kolunu sıkıca birkaç kez ileri geri hareket ettirirseniz, düzgün ve kolay hareket ettirebilirsiniz. 4. Ucu yaklaşık olarak 3mm kadar örnek solüsyonun içine daldırın. 5. Çalışma ucunu üst seviyesine kadar doldurmak için dolum kolunu yukarı doğru çekin. 6. Örnek solüsyonu çalışma ucuna çekin. Ucu silmeyin. 7. Sıvı boşaltımı durana kadar, dolum kolunu aşağı itin. NOT: Maksimum doğruluğa ulaşmak için, başka örneğe geçtiğimizde, değiştirilebilir ucu atık kutusuna atın ve yeni uş takarak çalışın. 8. Dağıtım bittikten sonra, dolum kolunu sonuna kadar kuvvetlice iterek, tekkullanımlık ucu çıkartın. DİKKAT: Pipet ucunu sıvıya tekrar daldırmayın, bu emici ucun içinin kirlenmesine yol açabilir. Aşağıdaki hizmet prosedürünün düzenli aralıklarla takip edilmesi gerekir. Ağır ve aşındırıcı sıvılarla çalışılıyor ise daha sık servis kontrolünden geçiriniz. 1. Tutma sapından dikkatlice doğrudan çekerek namluyu sökün. 2. Namlu içerisinde kalıntı var mı kontrol edin. Herhangi bir kalıntı varsa, içeriyi temizleme teliyle dikkatlice temizleyin. 3. Plastikle kaplı paslanmaz çelik pistonu yuvasından kaydırın. Pistonu her iki ucundan bir conta tutar. Bunlar üst kısımdaki bir dudak ve alt kısımdaki bir klipsle pistona bağlanır. 4. Plastikle kaplı paslanmaz çelik pistonu conta tutuculardan kaydırın. 5. Temizleme telini kullanarak da,pistonu yuvasından ve contalardan sıyırabilirsiniz. 6. Pistonu her temizlemeden sonra, yeni contalar takın. 7. Pistonu ilk olarak, namlu yuvasının alt ucuna yerleştirin. 8. Conta tutucu aparatı, 3 deliğinden tutarak, oturduğu 3 yuvadan desteklerini kaydırarak çıkarın, namlu yuvası ve piston üzerindeki conta tutucularını değiştirin. Conta tutucu 3 mandalla tutturulmuştur. Bu 3 mandal Namlu Yuvasına doğru aşağı bakacak şekilde yerleştirin. 9. Paslanmaz çelik pistonu temizlemek için, küçük bir miktar silikon yağ kullanılabilir, bu yağı temizleme teli ile uygulayınız. 10. Paslanmak çelik pistonu conta tutucu ile contaları kaydırarak, namlu yuvasına takın. 11. Namlu yuvasının vidasını, tutma sapına sıkıca vidalayın. 12. Yukarıdaki bakım prosedürünü uyguladıktan sonra, cihaz uygun görünümde değilse ve kullanmada zorlu hissi veriyorsa Şekil 3 teki şematiğe göre tekrardan sökülüp takılması gerekebilir. 1. Unscrew the barrel assembly from the handle and carefully pull directly away from the handle. 2. Check the inside of the Barrel Assembly for residue. Remove any residue or debris within the Barrel Assembly with the Cleaning Wire. 3. Slide the Plastic Piston off the stainless steel Plunger. The Piston holds one O-ring on each end (see Fig.3). At bottom (no clip) of the piston. 4. Slide the O-ring Retainer off the stainless steel Plunger. 5. Remove both O-ring from the Piston using the Cleaning Wire. 6. Place a new O-ring into ditches at each end of the Piston. 7. Place the Piston into the Barrel Assembly bottom end 8. Replace the O-ring Retainer onto Barrel Assembly and over the Piston by sliding the 3 guideposts thorough the 3 holes in the O-ring Retainer. The 3 raised pegs on the O-ring Retainer. The 3 raised pegs on the O-ring Retainer are to the facing down when placing onto the Barrel Assembly. 9. Apply a small amount of silicon grease to the stainless steel plunger, and use the Cleaning Wire to apply the Grease. 10. Attach the Barrel Assembly back onto the by sliding the stainless steel Plunger through the O-ring Retainer and through both O-ring inside the Piston. 11. Screw the Barrel Assembly onto the Handle to tighten. 12. After the above maintenance procedure, should the feeling of a smooth piston stroke seem different than prior to servicing: immediately disassemble the units as in the above procedure and reassemble as per the schematics in Fig. 3.
