DIKDÖRTGEN SUSTURUCU (BSAB) RECTANGULAR SOUND ABSORBER Model: *BSAB00 *BSAB00 : Kulis kalýnlýðý 00 mm olan dikdörtgen susturucu. : Kulis kalýnlýðý 00 mm olan dikdörtgen susturucu. Malzeme: Kullaným: Montaj Siparis Kodu: Ürün kasasý boyutuna göre 0,8 mm ile,5 mm arasý galvanizli sacdan, kulisleri ise boyutuna 0,7 mm ile mm arasý galvanizli sacdan imal edildikten sonra hazýr flanþ ve flanþ köþe parçalarý monte edilmektedir. Klima ve havalandýrma sistemlerinde meydana gelen sesin yutumunu saðlamak için kullanýlýrlar. Susturucuda kullanýlan kulis geniþlikleri 00 mm ve 00 mm olup içindeki dolgu malzemesi adet 50 mm kalýnlýðýnda 50 kg/m3 yoðunluðundaki bir yüzü cam tülü kaplý cam yünüdür. Kullanýlan cam yünü DIN 40 standardý A sýnýfýna uygun yanmaz özellikte olup, çürüme ve rutubete karþý dayanýklýdýr. Cam yününün hava ile temas eden yüzeyinin cam tülü ile kaplý olmasý 0 m/s ye kadar olan yüksek hava hýzlarýnda yüzeyden partikül uçmasýný engeller. Ayrýca susturucular flanþlý olarak imal edilmekte olup, kullanýlan mastikli flanþlar 0 mm, 5 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm lik olup; 0 ve 5 mm lik mastikli flanþlarda montaj için M8 cývata ve somunlar, 30 ve 35 mm lik mastikli flanþlarda ise M0 cývata ve somunlar kullanýlmaktadýr. * Giriþ ve çýkýþ aðýzlarýndaki flanþlardan cývata ve somunlarla dikdörtgen kanala montaj. Rectangular sound absorbers are used for providing the absorbtion of the sound occuring in air conditioning and ventilation systems. The width of the splitters that are used in sound absorbers are 00 mm and 00 mm and the filling materials inside the splitters are pieces of glasswools that have one surface coated with fiberglass with 50 mm thickness and 50 kg/m3 density. The glasswool that is used has the property of being nonflammable according to DIN 40 A class and is resistant to decay and moisture. Glasswool s surface that is in contact with air being coated with fiberglass prevents particles fly from the surface in high air velocities up to 0 m/s. Also, sound absorbers are manufactured with flange and the flanges with mastic that are used are 0 mm, 5 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm and; M.8 bolt and nuts are used for installation in 0 and 5 mm flanges with mastic, M.0 bolt and nuts are used in 30 and 35 mm flanges with mastic, as for. * Installation to rectangular duct from the falnges in the inlets and outlets with bolts and nuts. On the otherhand, in the BSAB-R&P model sound absorber, the external surface of the pod that is positioned as extra in the middle is manufactured from perforated galvanized sheet and the internal surface of the pod is manufactured from glasswool with one side coated by fiberglass according to DIN40 Standard A Class.
