TOURNAMENT GUIDE PLAYERS DESK takes care of court and workout reservations, coordinates the transportation service, manages the laundry service and deals with any reservation for dining, night out or any event taking place during the week of the tournament. PRACTICE COURTS There are 3 practice courts at the tournament site and they are bookable at the Players Desk OFFICIAL HOTEL Fuat Paşa Yalısı is the official hotel of the tournament. The phone number is +90 (212) 242 98 60. Please contact Players Desk if you have any questions about reservations. TRANSPORTATION from the official hotel to the club and vice versa is provided by the tournament s rent a car sponsor. Further information about transportation to restaurants, shopping malls,etc. is available at the Players Desk. STRINGING Stringing service is available every day from 09:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. The costs are $ 15 per racket. FITNESS & WORKOUT The Gym on site is open from 09:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. Training equipment on site is free to use for the tournament players. MEDICAL SERVICES In case of medical problems, please contact the Players Desk. Medical Services are provided by doctors from Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital.
TOURNAMENT GUIDE PHYSIOTHERAPY Physical Treatments are free, everything else is at charge. The reservation is made at the Players Desk and the price list is available there. LOCKERS are available. Please contact Players Desk for further information. TOWELS are available at the Players Desk for a $ 5 deposit. BALLS Wilson US Open balls are used in the tournament. They are available at the Players Desk for a pledge of $ 10. LAUNDRY Laundry Service is provided on site. Pick up and return from Saturday on every day at the Players Desk. INTERNET Free WiFi is available throughout the whole site. You can get your login credentials at the Players Desk. RESTAURANT Food is served all day on site at Golden Chef restaurant. You can receive your lunch or dinner coupons at the Players Desk. SWIMMING The outdoor swimming pool is available on site. For further information please contact Players Desk.
