Kasımzade University of Ondokuz Mayis Faculty of Engineering Department of Civil Engineering 55139 Samsun, Turkey Tel. : +90 362 312 19 19 / 1063 Fax : +90 362 457 60 35 E-mail : azer@omu.edu.tr TAMAMLANMIŞ veya HERHANGİ İNŞAAT AŞAMASINDAKİ YAPILARIN MEVCUT DURUMUNUN TAHRİBATSIZ BELİRLENMESİ YÖNTEMİ Yapıların projesi ile imal edilmiş son mevcut durumu arasında bir takım farklılıkların olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu farklılıklar yapım (imalat) hatalarından kaynaklandığı gibi, yapının hizmet süresince karşılaştığı dış etkilerden de (deprem, rüzgar v.s.) ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu farklılıkların tahribatsız belirlenmesi, dış etkilere mevcut yapı performansının değerlendirilmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu amaç hedeflenerek yapılmış olan adı geçen proje *1 ve elde edilmiş yönteme dayanarak mevcut papıların incelenmesinde aşağıdaki bilgilere ulaşılabilir: - Yapının titreşim mod şekilleri, frekansları, sönüm oranları ve performansı belirlenebilir; - Yapının hasarlı olabilecek bölgeleri tahmin edilebilir; - Bu bölgelerin hasar dereceleri değerlendirilebilir; - Yapının kalan ömrü dolayısı ile güvenirliği değerlendirilebilir; - Elde edilen yukarıdaki analiz sonuçlarına dayanarak yapının onarım-güçlendirme projesi daha sağlıklı yapılabilir; Yöntemin her bir ülke ve bölgede uygulamaları *2 sismik aktifliğin yapıların davranışına etkisinin ve yapı imalatındaki eksikliklerin belirleyicisi ve sonraki yıllar için bu doğrultudaki gerekli istatistiğin başlangıcını oluşturacaktır. Not *1 : Proje Prof. Dr. Azer A. Kasımzade tarafından önerilmiş ve Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri kapsamında Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet bütçesi ile desteklenerek kendisinin yürütücülüğünde başarı ile tamamlanmıştır. Proje kapsamında çalışmalar ilgili Uluslar Arası Bilimsel Kongrelerde (Türkiye, Japonya, Danimarka, İngiltere, İsviçre, Amerika, Portekiz, İtalya vs) sunulmuş, gerekli ilgi ve desteği görmüştür. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda kurulmuş Mobil Laboratuar, Binaların Mevcut Durumunun Tahribatsız Değerlendirilmesi konusunda hizmet verebilmektedir.
