6 V ÖN SÖZ Ticaretin milli hudutları aşarak uluslararası bir hüviyet kazandığı çağımızda dünyanın dört bir tarafına yayılan iş adamları ile taeirierin birbirleriyle temasa g eçınelerinde ADRES KiTAPLARI'nın yardımı olduğu aşikardır. Bu meyanda, milli hudutlar içinde de, müstahsilden başlıyarak her kademedeki iş adamlarının birbirleriyle temasında aracılık vazifesi yine ADRES KiTAPLARI'na düşmektedir. Odamız, gerek dış ticaret ve gerekse iç ticaret sahasında tarafları birleştirmek ve köprü vazifesini layikiyle yapabilmek maksadiyle ihracatın memleket ekonomisindeki önemini de gözönünde tutarak, önce «İHRACATÇlLAR ADRES KİTABI» nı hazırlayarak bu alandaki boşluğu doldurmak suretiyle ticaret hayatımıza ve dolayısiyle üyelerine faydalı bir hizmette bulunmaya gayret etmiştir. İHRACATÇlLAR ADRES KİTABI iki bölüm üzerine hazırlanmıştır. Birinci bölümde; ihraç maddeleri esas alınar al.: firmalar sicil numaraları itibariyle tasnife tabi tutulmuştur. İkinci bölümde ise; firma isimleri alfabetik bir sıraya konarak ihraç maddeleri firma bünyesinde gösterilmiştir. Bu tertiple arayıcıların isteklerini daha kolay bir şekilde bulmalarının sağlanmasına çalışılmıştır. Bu ADRES KİTABI ile ticaret alemine ve üyelerimize yararlı bir hizmette bulunabilir isek, Odamız bundan gelecek çalışmalar için hız ve gayret kazanacaktır. İstanbul Ticaret Odası

8 VII TİCARET ODASI İstanbul Ticaret Odası, 'e yakın tacir ve küçük sanayıcı üyesiyle İstanbul'da mevcut özel teşebbüsün taazzuv etmiş en büyük mesleki teşekküldür. Oda, aynı zamanda Türkiye'de ilk açılan Ticaret Odası olmak bakımından da özel bir mevkiye sahiptir yılında, kuruluş hazırlıklarını inceleyerek tamamlamak üzere kurulan «Cemiyeti Ticariye», çalışmaları sonunda, bir iç tüzük hazırlayarak bunu Ticaret Nezaretine tasdik ettirmiştir. Böylece İstanbul Ticaret Odası 16 Ocak 1882 yılında resmen kurularak memleket hizmetine katılmıştır. Bugün kamu tüzel kişiliği niteliğinde bulunan Odamızda iki çeşit organ mevcuttur. A - Seçimle kurulan teşkilat B - Tayinle kurulan teşkilat A - Seçimle kurulan teşkihit: 1) Meslek Komiteleri Halen 75 meslek komitesi mevcuttur. Her Komite, ait bulunduğu meslek kolundan üç yıl için seçilen beş veya yedi üyeden teşekkül eder. 2) Oda Meclisi Her Meslek Komitesinden üç yıl için seçimle ayrılan iki üyeden teşekkül eder. 3) Yönetim Kurulu Oda Meclisinin kendi aralarından bir yıl için seçtikleri ll üyeden mürekkeptir. Yönetim Kurulu kendi üyeleri arasında görev bölümü yapar. B - Tayinle kurulan teşkilat: Odanın işlerini yürütmekle görevli idari teşkilat aşağıda yazılı ünitelere bölünmüştür: a) Genel Katiplik, b) Müşavirler, c) Şube Müdürlükleri, d) Büro Müdürlükleri, e) Müstakil Şeflikler. a) Genel Katiplik Genel Katiplik, Genel Katip, Genel Katip Yardımcısı ve Grup Müdürlerinden terekküp eder. Genel Katip idari teşkilatın en yüksek amiridir.

9 VIII b) Müşavirler Müşavirler, teşkilata ilmi ve teknik bakımdan yardımcı olarak vazife gören mütehassıs elemanlardır. c) Şubeler Şubeler, mahiyetleri itibariyle biribirine benziyen veya birbirini tamamlıyan çeşitli işleri yürütmekle vazifeli en büyük idari teşkilat ünitesidir. Şubelerin başında Şube Müdürleri bulunur. Şubeler doğrudan doğruya Genel Katipliğe bağlıdır. Şubeler servislere bölünür. Her servisin başında bir şef ve işin ehemmiyetine ve hacmine göre bir veya müteaddit raportör bulunur. Servisler masalara bölünür. Masalarda, işin ehemmiyetine göre raportörler veya memurlar vazife görür. d) Bürolar Bürolar, Oda Meclisi ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı ile Genel Katipliğin ve Meslek Komitelerinin bilcümle büro hizmetini yürütmekle görevli idari teşkilat ünitesidir. Bürolar doğrudan doğruya Genel Katipliğe bağlıdır. Büroların başında büro müdürleri bulunur. Bürolar muhtelif masalara bölünür. Masalarda işin ehemmiyetine göre raportör, sekreter veya memurlar vazife görür. e) M üstakil şeflikler Müstakil şeflikler, mahiyetleri itibariyle biribirine benzeyen ve fakat hacim itibariyle nisbeten kabarık olan işleri yürütmekle vazifeli en küçük idari teşkilat ünitesidir. Müstakil şeflikler doğrudan doğruya Genel Katipliğe bağlıdır. Müstakil şefliklerde muhtelif masalar bulunabilir ve işin ehemmiyet ve hacmine göre bir veya müteaddit raportör istihdam olunabilir. Halen İstanbul Ticaret Odası bünyesinde mevcut olup ana hatlarile yapısı yukarıda açıklanan ve Genel Katipliğe bağlı bulunan idari üniteler ile bu ünitelerin görevleri aşağıda belirtilmiştir: ı) Etüd ve Araştırma Şubesi: «Etüd ve Araştırma» ile «İstatistik» servislerinden meydana gelen bu Şube; a) İktisadi, mali ve hukuki konularda araştırmalar yapmak, b) İktisadi faaliyetlerle ilgili mevzuatı takip etmek, Türkiyeyi ilgilendiren milletlerarası andlaşma ve olayları izlemek, c) Endeks ve istatistikleri düzenlemek, d) Mahalli örf ve adetleri tesbit eylemekle görevlidir. 2) Dış Münasebetler ve Turizm Şubesi: «Enformasyon» ile «Fuarlar ve Adres Kitabı» adlarını taşıyan iki servisten meydana gelen bu Şube; a) Taeirierin çeşitli meselelere ait sorularını cevaplandırmak, b) İç ve dış piyasalar hakkında bilgiler vermek, c) İlgiiiiere iç ve dış sergi ve fuarlar hakkında bilgi vermek, d) Adres Kitabı hazırlamak ve turizmin geliştirilmesi konusunda çalışmalar yapmakla görevlidir. 3) Neşriyat Şubesi: a) Oda Gazetesini ve Mecmuasını yayınlamak,

10 IX b) Oda tarafından hazırlanan veya hazırlattınlan etüd ve araştırmaları Oda Gazetesi ve Mecmuasında yayınlamak. 4) Ticaret Şubesi: «İthalat», «İhracat», «Muamelat» ve «Fiat» adlarını taşıyan dört servisten meydana gelen Şube; a) Menşe şahadetnamesi vermek, b) ihraç mallarının fiat tescilini ve fiat kontrolünü yapmak, c) E kspertiz işleri ile iştigal etmek, d) Müracaat halinde hale ve maziye ait rayiç fiatları bildirmek, fatura tasdik etmek, muhammen bedelleri tesbit etmek, e) Yedivahit belgeleri vermek, f) İthalatla ilgili işleri ifa etmek, g) Tenzilatlı satışların müsaade ve mürakabesine ait işlerle uğraşınakla görevlidir. 5) Hesap İşleri Şubesi: a) Oda gelirlerinin tahakkuk ve tahsilini sağlamak, b) Sarfiyatın bütçeye ve mevzuata uygun olarak yapılmasını temin etmek, c) Aylık mizan, bilanço ve kat'i hesapları çıkartınakla görevlidir. 6) Tescil Şubesi: a) Oda üyelerinin kayıt muamelelerini yapmak, b) Üyelere hüviyet varakası ve ithalatçı vesikası vermek, c) Sicil kayıt suretleri vermek, d) İmza tasdik vesikası vermek, e) Firmaların sicil kayıtlarına ait soruları cevaplandırmak, f) Ticari imza ve kefaleti tasdik etmekle görevlidir. 7) istihbarat Şubesi: a) Yeni firmaların ve eskiden kayıtlı olanların istihbaratını yapmak ve derecelerini tayin etmek, b) Sermaye değişikliklerini tayin etmek, c) Derece itirazlarını tetkik etmekle görevlidir. 8) Sanayi Şubesi: «Sanayi» ve «Tevzi» adlarını taşıyan iki servisten meydana gelen bu Şube; a) Odaya kayıtlı «Küçük Sanayici»lerin ihtiyaçları ile ilgilenmek ve bunların makine, ham madde, işletme malzemesi ve yedek parça ihtiyaçlarını temine çalışmak, b) Küçük sanayici tahsislerinin tevziatını yapmak, c) Küçük sanayicilerin kapasitelerini tesbit etmek, d) Küçük sanayicileri tenvir etmekle görevlidir. 9) Başkanlık ve Umumi Katiplik Bürosu: a) Oda Meclisi ve Yönetim Kurulu toplantılarına ait her türlü işi yapmak, b) Oda Meclisi, Yönetim Kurulu ve Genel Katipliğin sekreterlik işlerini çevirmekle görevlidir. lo) Meslel{ Komiteleri Bürosu: Meslek Komitelerinin toplanmalarını temin etmek ve bu toplantıların raportörlük görevini yerine getirmekle görevlidir.

11 X takip ve sonuçlan ll) Personel Servisi: Oda personeline ve stajyerlere ait her türlü işi dırmakla görevlidir. 12) Levazım Servisi : a) Oda ihtiyaçları ile ilgili mübayaları yapmak, b) Demirbaş eşyanın kayıt ve muhafazasiyle görevlidir. 13) İdare Arnirliği Servisi: Odanın emniyet ve temizliğini sağlamakla görevlidir. 14) Gümrüli Daimi Eksperler Kurulu Servisi: Kurulun çalışmaları ile ilgili işleri çevirmekle görevlidir. 15) Evrak ve Dosya Servisi : Evrak kaydı, dağıtımı, tasnifi, muhafazası ile ilgili işleri yerine getirmekle görevlidir. 16) Kütüphane: İktisat ve ticaret konularında mevkutelerin koleksiyonlarını yapmak, mevcut kitapları ilgililerin istifadesine arz etmek, yeni neşriyatı takip ederek, Odaya faydalı olabilecekleri satın almakla görevlidir.

12 XI FOREWORD Now that trade has acquired an international character trade directories play a useful part in bringing together businessmen of all countries. Trade directories also act as intermediaries between the businessmen of all walks within the national boundaries of a country, farmers included. Our Chamber, bearing in mind its duty of putting in closer commercial relations Turkish and foreign as well as domestic merchants, thus forming a bridge between them, and considering the importance of exports to the Turkish economy, and finally, observing the lack of means in the solving of this problem, proceeded to the publications of this present DIRECTORY OF EXPORTERS in the hope of rendering a useful service to the business world in general and to its members in particular. This Directory of Exporters is divided into two sections. In the first seetion under the headings of the article exported are listed the firm names in the sequence of their registration numbers. In the second seetion under the headings of the article exported are listed the firms names in the sequence of their registration numbers. In the second seetion firm names are listed alphabetically, each firm listing followed by its particnlar export items. We think this assures quick use of the Directory. Should this Directory render a useful service to the business world in general and to our members in particular, we would be encouraged to later efforts in this field. Istanbul Chamber of Commerce

14 XIII THE CHAlVIBER OF COMMERCE OF ISTANBUL With its about merchants and small industrialists the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce is the largest professional organization of the private sector in the city. Besides, because of its being the first established of its kind, our Chamber has a privileged position amongst The Chambers in Turkey. «The Association of Merchants», which submitted its articles of association to the Ministry of Commerce in 1880 for approval, formed the embryo of our Chamber. From this the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce was set up on January 16, 1882 and entered into the service of the country. The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce has the attributes of a public service corporation and passesses two kinds of units: A - Units set up by election, B - Units set up by nomination. A - Elected units of the Chamber: 1) Trade Committees: The Chamber has 75 trade committees, each of which is composed of at least 5 and at most 7 members elected for 3 years by the members of the trade branch which it represents. 2) The Assembly of the Chamber: The Assembly of the Chamber is composed of 2 representatives from each of the trade committees who are elected for a 3 year term. 3) The Bo ard of Management: The Board of Management of the Chamber is constituted of ll members elected for 1 year by the Assembly. B - Nominated units of the Chamber: The nominate units whose duty is the carrying out of the tasks bestawed upon the Chamber are the following: a) Secretariat general b) Advisers c) Department directarates d) Bureau directarates e) Independent chieftaincies. a) Secretariat General: The Secretariat General includes the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General and the Group Directors. The Secretary General is the highest in authority.

15 XIV b) Advisers: The Advisers are specialists who assist the Chamber in technical and scientific matters. c) Department directorates: The department directarates are the largest administrative units charged with conducting individual or related tasks and are headed by a director under the direct authority of the Secretary General. They are sub-divided into services headed by a chief with one or more reporters, depending on the importance of the job. The services are, in turn, sub-divided into «tables» provided with sufficient numbers of officials. d) Bureau directorates: These are units entrusted with the task of carrying out the clerical works of the Trade Committees, the Assembly, the Board of Management and the Secretariat General. Bureaus, headed by a director, are under the direct authority of the Secretary General. They are sub-divided into services, and the services into «tables» equipped with sufficient numbers of reporters, secretaries and officials. e) Independent chieftaincies: Independent chieftaincies are the smallest administrative units in charge of the execution of jobs related by nature. They are under the direct authority of the Seçretary General. They may be subdivided into «tables» provided with one or more reporters according to the importance of the job. Here are the details of the jobs given the departments, the bureaus and the independent chieftaincies: 1) The Research Department: The Research Department which is sub-divided into «Research}> and «Statistics» Services has the duty of: a) doing research work on economic, financial and legal matters b) keeping track of Turkish legislation concerning economic matters and of international conventions of interest to Turkey, c) preparing indexes and statistics, d) defining the local commercial customs. 2) The Public Relations and Tourism Department: This Department is sub-divided into «Information» and «Fairs, Exhibitions and Trade Directories» Services and it is in charge of accomplishing the following jobs: a) replying in written or oral form to the questions of Turkish or foreign merchants, b) informing merchants on domestic or foreign markets, c) giving information on domestic or foreign fairs and exhibitions, d) preparing trade directories and aiding activities for the development of tourism. 3) The Publications Department: This Department has to: a) edit the Chamber's Newspaper and the Journal

16 xv b) publish the results of the research works done or ordered by the Ohamber. 4) The Commerce Department: The Oommerce Department which is composed of «Imports», «Exports», «Prices» and «Applications» Services has to: a) deliver certificates of origin, b) register and ascertain the prices of export articles, c) deliver expert and connoisseur reports, d) certify current and past prices, e) estimate (on application) the prices of commercial articles. f) deliver sole ageney documents, g) accomplish some im port formalities. 4) The Accounts Department: This Department is entrusted with the duty of: a) assessing and collecting the Ohamber's income, b) seeing that the Chamber's money is spent in accordance with legislation, c) preparing the monthly balances, statements of accounts and final accounts. 6) The Registers Department: This Department has to: a) register firms with the Ohamber, b) deliver identification cards and importers' certificates to the members, c) deliver copies of the register, d) deliver documents certifying the signatures of merchants, e) reply to questions concerning registration records of firms, f) deliver certifications and annotations showing the registered status of the signatories of sureties and contracts. 7) The Inquiries Department: This Department is in charge of: a) the completion of inquiries about firms already registered or newly registered, and the determination of the ranks thereof, b) the ascertainment of changes in the capital holdings of the firms, c) examination of protests against decisions of ranks. 8) The Department of Small Industries: The tasks of this Department which is composed of the Services of «<ndustries» and «Distribution» are as fonows: a) to make inquiries on the requirements of «sman industries» registered with the Ohamber and to perform the necessary formalities to enable them to obtain machinery, raw materials, runuing materials and spare parts for the proper functionning of their plants, b) to distribute among individual firms the foreign exchange allocated to the Ohamber for their import needs, c) to measure the production capacities of sman industrial firms d) to furnish information to sman industries.

17 XVI 9) The Bureau of the President and the Secretary General: This Bureau has to: a) perform all the work involved in the meetings of the Chamber's Assembly and the Board of Management, b) do the clerical works of the Chamber's Assembly, the Board of Management and the Secretary General. 10) The Bureau of Trade Committees: The task of this Bureau is to invite the members of trade committees for meetings and to do the clerical work of the said committees. ll) The Service of Personnel: The duty of this Service is to deal with all kinds of administrative work concerning the status of officials and trainees. 12) The Supply Service: This Service: a) buys necessities for the Chamber's units, b) numbers, enters and keeps the stock and furniture of the Chamber. 13) The M essenger Service: The mission of this Service is to be responsible for the security and the cleanliness of the Chamber. 14) The Service of Standing Committee of Customs Experts: This Service is in charge of the formalities necessary for the proper accomplishment of the duties bestewed upon it. 15) The Service of Documents and Files: This Service enters, distributes, classifies and keeps the documents of the Chamber. 16) The Service of the Library: The Service of the Library buys, collects, and makes available books and periodicals useful to the members.

Un des facteurs qui rendent possible ce contact est la pubucation et l'utilisation des annuaires sur une grande echelle. La Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul dont un des buts principaux est de mettre en contact les acheteurs et les vendeurs aussi bien sur les marches interieurs que dans le commerce exterieur prenant en consideration l'importance de rexportation dans la politique economique de la Turquie, a prepare cet Annuaire des Exportateurs dans l'espoir de remedier a cette lacune dans ce domaine. L' Annuaire des Exportateu:rs est divise en deux parti es. Dans la premie:re partie, les firmes sont groupe~~s par ordre de numeros de registre comme:rcial sous les articles qu'elles exporten t. Dans la seconde partie, elles suivent l'ordre alphabetique, les articles exportes figurant apres l'adresse de chacu.ne d'elles. Cette classification a ete conçue en vue d:e faciliter I'utilisation rapide de l'ouvrage. Dans la mesure oiı cet Annuaire rendrait quelques services au monde des affaires, nous serons encourages dans nos travaux fu turs. La Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul

20 XIX CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE d'istanbul Avec ses membres commerçants et petits industriels, d'environ , la Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul est le plus grand organisme professionnel de l'entreprise privee qui soit a Istanbul. Elle est non seulement le plus grand organisme professionnel mais encore la plus ancienne Chambre de Commerce du pays. Fondee le 16 janvier 1882, apres une phase preparatoire de deux ans, elle continue, depuis lors, a ses fonctions au service des commerçants du monde entier. La Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul qui est a present une institution du service public fonetianne par deux sortes d'organes: A - Organes crees par election B - Organes crees par namination A - Organes elus a) Comite Professionnels Chaque Comite Professionnel se compose de cinq ou sept membres elus pour trois ans parmi et par les membres d'un groupe professionnel. -Actuellement les membres de la Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul sont groupes sous soixante-quinz.e professions- il y a done soixante-quinze Camites Professionnels. 2) Assemblee Elle se compose de cent cinquante membres elus pour trois ans parmi et par les membres des Camites Professionnels a raison de deux membres pour chaque comite. 3) Conseil d'administration Il se compose de onze membres elus, pour un an, parmi et par ceux de l'assemblee. La divison interne des fonctions du Conseil d'administration se fait dans le Conseil meme. B- Organes nommes La structure administrative de la Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul se compose des organes suivants: a) Secretariat General b) Contentieux c) Directions de seetion d) Directions de bureau e) Services attaches au Secretariat General a) Secretariat General n se compose du Secretaire General, du Secretaire General Adjoint et des Directeurs de Groupe.

21 xx b) Contentieux Il se compose des experts specialises dans les sciences et les techniques et qui pretent leur assistance aux divers organes de la structure administrative. c) Directions de Seetion Elles constituent les plus amples organes de l'administration chargees d'executer des fonctions analogues ou completant les unes les autres et presidees par un Directeur Elles peuvent se diviser en deux ou plusieurs Services dont chacun est dirige par un chef et a un ou plusieurs rapporteurs. Les services peuvent, a la rigueur, presenter des subdivisions suivant les sujets qu'ils traitent. Ces derni<~res sont dirigees par des rapporteurs ou employes. d) Directions de Bureau lls sont des organes charges d'executer le secretariat de la Presidence de l'assembıee, de la Presidence du Conseil d'administration, des Comites Professionnels et du Secretaire General. lls sont directement attaches au Secretariat General et presides par un Directeur. lls ont des subdivisions dirigees par des rapporteurs, seeretaires ou employes e) Services attaches au Secretariat General Non incorpores dans des Sections, ces services dits independants constituent les plus petits organes administratifs. lls sont charges de remplir des fonctions plus ou moins analogues. lls peuvent avoir des subdivisions dirigees par des rapporteurs. Les fonctions detaillees des organes sont les suivantes: 1) Sections des E tu des et Recherches Se composant de deux Services nommes «Etudes et Recherches» et «Statistique» elle est chargee a) de proceder a des etudes economiques, financi<~res et juridiques, b) de suivre le procedure relative aux activites economiques, les traites et evenernents internationaux interessan t la Turquie, c) d'etablir des indices de prix et des statistiques, d) de definir les moeurs et coutumes locaux 2) Seetion des Relations Exterieures et du Tourisme Se composant de deux Services nommes «Informations» et «Foires et Annuaires», elle est chargee. a) de fournir des renseignement aux commerçants indigenes et etrangers sur des sujets les plus divers, b) de preparer des ann u aires, c) de contribuer aux travaux touristiques du Ministere du Tourisme et de la Prefecture, d) d'organiser la participation locale ou nationale aux foires etrangeres.

22 XXI 3) Seetion des Publieations Elle est chargee a) de publier l'hebdomadaire et le Bi-mensuel de la Chambre de Commerce d'istanbul, b) d'inserer, dans ces deux organes, les e tu des et rapports rediges par les elements de la Chambre. 4) Seetion du Commeree Se compasant de quatre services nommes «lmportations», «Exportations», «Operations internes» et «Prix», elle est chargee a) de delivrer les certificats d'origine, b) de contrôler les prix d'exportation et de vente sur le marche interieur, c) de delivrer des rapports d'expertise pour certains articles d'exportation, d) de legaliser les factures redigees par les firmes membres, e) d'evaluer les prix courants au passes, f) de delivrer les certificats de representation exclusive, g) d'accomplir certaines formalites relatives a l'importation, h) de donner des autorisations aux ventes au rabais et de contrôler celles-ci. 5) Seetion de la Comptabilite Elle est chargee a) de percevoir les cotisations des membres, b) de contrôler les depenses en les accordant aux dispositions du budget, c) de tenir les livres de la Chambre. 6) Seetion du Registre Commercial Elle est chargee a) d'enregistrer les membres, b) de leur delivrer les certificats d'importateur, c) de produire la copie de leur acte d'enregistrement, d) d'homologuer les signatures des membres, e) d'homologuer les certificats de cautionnement. 7) Sections des Enquetes Elle est chargee a) de fixer, en faisant des investigations, les classes dont les membres devraient faire partie, b) d'etablir les changements de capital, c) d'etudier les protestations faites en ce qui concerne les classes dont font partie les membres 8) Seetion de l'industrie Se compasant de deux Services nommes «Industrie» et «Distribution», elle est chargee a) de procurer aux petites industries enregistrees aupres de la Chambre le materiel dont celles-ci auraient besoin, b) de proceder a la distribution du materiel importe et destine a la petite jndustrie,

24 XXIII VORWORT Bei der heutigen Ausdehnung des Handels über nationale Grenzen hinaus ist es für Geschaeftsleute aller Laender von besonderem Wert, dass sie leicht und schnell zu einander finden, selbst dann, wenn grosse Entfernungen zwischen ihnen liegen. Hierbei leisten ihnen Firmen-Adressbücher den grössten Dienst. Die Firmen-Adressbücher erweisen sich auch innerhalb der nationalen Grenzen als besonders nützliche Einrichtungen, da sie den Kontakt vermitteln zwischen Geschaeftsleuten aller Gattungen sowie zwischen Produzent und Haendler. In der Absicht eine verbindende Brücke zu selılagen zwischen künftigen Geschaeftspartnern im In-und Ausland und im Hinblick auf die zunehmende Bedeutung des Exportgeschaefts für die türkische Wirtschaft gibt die Handelskammer-Istanbul zunaechst dieses Exportfirmen-Adressbuch heraus, überzeugt, dass sie dadurch eine Lücke ausfüllt und, im Sinne ihrer Mitglieder handelnd, der Sache des türkisehen Exportwesens dient. Das Exportfirmen-Adressbuch setzt sich aus zwei Teilen zusammen. Im Te il 1 sin d die einzelnen Firmen nach Art der W aren gruppiert, die sie exportieren. Bei jeder Firma ist die Handelsregister-Nummer angegeben. Im Teil 2 sind die Firmen in alphabetischer Reihenfolge eingeordnet, unter Angabe der \Varen, die sie exportieren. Diese Anordnung soll dazu dienen, den Interessenten die Auffindung der gewünschten Daten zu erleichtern. Hat dieses Adressbuch Zuspruch in der Geschaeftsweıt und bei den Kammermitgliedern, so wird dies der Handelskammer-Istanbul als Aniass zu neuen Initiativen dienen. Die Handelskammer - İstanbul

26 XXV HANDELSKAMMER ISTANBUL Die Handelskammer Istanbul ist mit ihrer Mitgliederzahl von fast Kaufleuten und Kleingewerbetreibenden die grösste Berufsorganisation aller in Istanbul varhandenen Privatunternehmerverbaende. Unsere Kammer ist die aelteste Handelskammer der ganzen Türkei. Sie nimmt deshalb eine besandere Stellung unter den Handelskammern ein. Nach beendigung der Vorbereitungsarbeiten zur Gründung der Kammer waren von der eigens zu diesem Zweck errichteten «Handelsgesellschaft» die Statuten ausgearbeitet worden, die im Jahre 1880 von der Handelsaufsichtsbehörde genehmigt worden sind. Nach offizieller Gründung am 16. Januar 1882 hat die Handelskammer Istanbul ihre Taetigkeit für die gesamte Türkei aufgenommen. Bei den amtierenden Institutionen der Handelskammer untercheidet man heute zwei verschiedene Organe : A- gewaehlte Organe B - ernann te Organ e A - Zu den gewaehlten Organen gehören: 1) Ausschiisse der Berufsgruppen Derzeit gibt es 75 Ausschüsse der verschiedenen Berufsgruppen. Jeder Ausschuss besteht aus 5-7 Mitgliedern der jeweiligen Berufsgruppe. Die Mitglieder werden für 3 Jahre gewaehlt. 2) Der Kammerrat Der Kammerrat wird von je zwei Mitgliedern aus den Ausschüssen der einzelnen Berufsgruppen gebildet. Diese werden alle 3 Jahre neu gewaehlt. 3) Der Verwaıtungsrat Dieser setzt sich aus ll Mitgliedern zusammen, die zum Kammerrat gehören und von diesem für jeweils 1 Jahr gewaehlt werden. B- Zu den ernannten Organen gehören: Zur Durchführung aller Arbeiten der Handelskammer ist die amtierende Verwaltungsorganisation in nachstehende Organe aufgegliedert worden : a) Generalsekretariat b) Berater c) A bt e il ungsdirektion

27 XXVI d) Bureauvorstand e) selbstaendige Sektionen a) Das Generalsekretariat Zum Generalsekretariat gehören der Generalsekretaer, der stellvertretende Generalsekretaer und die Gruppendirektoren. Der Generalsekretaer ist das höchste Verwaltungsorgan. b) Die Berater Die Berater stehen der Verwaltungsorganisation als Spezialisten in wissenschaftlicher und technischer Hinsicht zur Seite. c) Die Abieilungen Die Abteilungen, die sich ihrer Struktur nach aehneln oder sich gegenseitig ergaenzen, stellen mit ihren verschiedenen Arbeitsgebieten die höchste Stelle der amtierenden Verwaltungsorganisation dar. In jeder Abteilung befindet sich ein Abteilungsdirektor. Die Abteilungen unterstehen direkt dem Generalsekretariat. Die Abteilungen bestehen aus einzelnen Unterabteilungen, die von einem Abteilungschef geleitet werden und in denen je nach Umfang und Wichtigkeit der Arbeit je ein oder mehrere zum Vortrag berechtigte Beamte Arbeiten. Die Unterabteilungen sind in Arbeitsgruppen aufgeteilt, in denen je nach Wichtigkeit der Arbeit zum Vortrag berechtigte Beamte oder Angestellte den Dienst versehen. d) Die Büros Die Büros sind die Stellen der amtierenden Verwaltungsorganisation, die saemtliche Arbeiten des Kammerrates und des Verwaltungsrates, sowie des Generalsekretariats und der Ausschüsse der Berufsgruppen durchführen. Die Büros unterstehen direkt dem Generalsekretariat. Sie werden durch einen Bürovarstand geleitet. Die Büros sind in verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen untergeteilt, in denen je nach Wichtigkeit der Arbeiten zum Vortrag berechtigte Beamte, Sekretaere oder Angesteııte arbeiten. e) Selbstaendige Sektionen Die selbstaendigen Sektionen aehneln sich ihrer Struktur nach sind aber hinsichtlich ihres Arbeitsumfanges die kleinste Stelle der amtierenden Verwaltungsorganisation. Die selbstaendigen Sektionen unterstehen direkt dem Generalsekretariat. Bei den selbstaendigen Sektionen können sich verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen befinden und können je nach Wichtigkeit und Umfang der Arbeit ein oder mehrere zum Vortrag berechtigte Beamte beschaeftigt sein.
