ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE PRIMARY TRAINER AIRCRAFT (BEU) PROGRAM Project: Scope of the Project: Primary Trainer Aircraft (BEU) BEU program shall include: The production and the delivery of 52 (fifty two) Primary Trainer Aircraft, The delivery of ILS Goods, Technical Documentation and Services as described in the RFP, The fulfillment of the Industrial Participation and Offset (IP/O) requirements. Conditions and Required Documentation for the Receipt of RFP: 1. An electronic copy of the RFP can be received by the authorized personnel of foreign or domestic companies. The personnel duly authorized by the company/organization, shall submit to SSM his/her/their original authorization letter and/or copy of notary attested power of attorney. The authorized personnel shall also submit a copy of their identity card. 2. The price of RFP document is 5.000 (five thousand) US Dollars. This amount shall be transferred to Defence Industry Support Fund (SSDF) Dollar Account in the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Ankara Branch (T.C. Merkez Bankası Ankara Şubesi, Ulus/ANKARA). SSM shall under no condition whatsoever be held liable to compensate any costs, expenses and/or losses which may be encountered by the Bidder during the submittal of its Proposal and/or any subsequent negotiation activities. 5.
