Boşaltma limanlarında yapılacak tahliyeler, aşağıda bildirilen Alıcı Firmanın boşaltma limanı acentelerinin bildirdiği rıhtımlara yapılacaktır. Yüklenici, tahliye rıhtımlarını, alıcı firmanın boşaltma limanı acentesinden öğrenecek ve ETİ den teyit alacaktır. 4. Bu taşıma işinde kargo, gemiden barge lara alınabilir. 5. Laytime for discharging shall commence at 13.00 hours, if notice is given up to and including 12.00 hours, and at 08.00 hours next working day if given during office hours after 12.00 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, Friday 17.00 Monday 07.00 excluded unless used in which case actual time used to count. Discharging always weather permitting. despatch. Vessel to be considered to be fully free of cargo restrains all ends when loading/discharging and the two aforementioned operations completed (and only these). If a draught survey is requested by any other party than the charterers, vessel to be considered fully free of cargo restraints all ends after the loading/discharge and the documents are completed. 1. Other special terms for the discharge in Liepaja a. Should it be necessary the Forwarder shall be entitled to once re-berth the vessel to another pier and to shift her maximum twice along the pier using the mooring lines. These activities shall not be on the Charterer s account. Time, used for reberthing and / or shifting along the pier, shall be counted as Laytime. Vessel traffic permitted in the Free Haven of Liepaja port: A. dry-cargo vessels of max. length 140 m, a whole 24 hours, wind speed max.14 m/sec, the visibility not less than 0,3 miles; B. dry-cargo vessels of length between 140 m and 170 m during day-light time, wind speed max 10 m/sec, the visibility not less than 0,3 miles; C. dry-cargo vessels of length between 170 and 220 m during day-light time, wind speed max. 8 m/sec., the visibility not less than 0,3 miles. D. Maximum dimensions of vessels in the port of Liepaja: - length - 220 m; - width - 35 m; - draft - 9,5 m at zero water level. E. LSEZ AS Liepajas osta LM shall be nominated as the cargo agent for carrying out the export/ import / transit of outgoing / incoming cargoes and for the receipt of confirmation from the Port about reception of a ship, and the following shall be specified by the Owners without delay: date of vessel s arrival in the port (Laycan max. three days wide); The laycan is subject to agw. ship s flag; the biggest length and width of a ship; maximal draft of a ship on arrival; maximal draft of a ship on departure; name and quantity of the cargo expected for the shipment; number of holds on a ship; quantity of the bills of lading (ship consignments); weight of every ship consignment; description and dimensions of hatches in cargo holds; description and dimensions of cargo holds. time for ballasting/de-ballasting operations of the ship (if any); demurrage rate. The Owners shall provide the ship agent with the vessel nomination not later than 10 days before the first day of the proposed Laycan. The Owners shall arrange the vessel giving preliminary 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 day ETA notices.
