1.0. PURPOSE The purpose of this instruction is how to use management system logos for the companies that are certificated within the framework of the system certification, product certification and inspection certification activities executing by IQR. 2.0. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILTY The scope of this instruction is the determination of using at right dimensions System Certification Logos. The certified all customers are responsibility. 3.0. DEFINITIONS ----------------- 4.0. IMPLEMENTATION 4.1.General After signing the certificate agreement, all firms which was certificated by IQR Quality and System Certification Management have to obey the this instruction s decision during the time of continuing of certificate. Furthermore, if certified firms have other certificates out of the system certificate, at the usage of these certificates, have to abstain the logo usage which causing the misunderstanding. System Certification Symbol (logo) can not used in internet, document, brochure and communication medias such as advertisement except the activities of certificate scope belongs to organisation management system. Organisation can only use the system certification logo in certificate scope activities and communication medias such as internet document, brochure and advertisements. In case of suspension or cancellation of certificate contract, logo usage and all of the commercial affairs covers the references to certification, are stopped. In case of scope reduction, all of the logo usage conditions and commercial affairs includes the references to certification are revised properly to scope reduction. Logos, are announced to related people by Management Board. 4.2. IQR System Certification Logos; Logo can not be used as IQR certifies one of the product (including service) or process. With an aim of transportation of product, logo can be used on outer packages stating the certificate is not given to product, given to related management system. (It can not used in product package which is seen by consumers). Ürün ambalajlama, ürün parçalara ayrılmadan veya hasar görmeden ayrılan bölüm olarak kabul edilir. Örneğin; pet şişe sularının üzerindeki markalarını taşıyan etiket üzerinde logo kullanımı uygundur. Direkt olarak pet şişe plastiğinin üzerine basımı uygun değildir. Yani logo baskısı yapılan etiket üründen ayrıldığından ürünün özellikleri bozulmuyor ise,kullanıma uygundur.) Logo kullanımında ürün üzerinde; Belgelendirilmiş müşterinin tanımı ( adı veya markası) Yönetim sisteminin tipi (kalite, çevre gibi) ve uygulanan standart IQR logosu olmalıdır. Any statement means that certificate is given to management system, can be as; this product is produced in the plant whose the quality management system is certified complying with the ISO 9001 / ISO 22000/ ISO 14001/ standard. Certificate can be used in advertisement purposed publishes or introduction brochures by declaring related management system or not. Organisation is not permitted to be applied on laboratory tests, calibration and inspection reports since it can be understood that certification is done in product sense. Organisation doesn t use the certificate not to bring into disrepute and not to lose the confidence of public to IQR certificate. JAS -ANZ accreditation mark can be used on advertisement materials, stationery, documents, with a letterhead paper etc. belongs to IQR. But it isn t allowed to use on business cards for personnel. JAS-ANZ accreditation mark must be used with IQR logo. If the certified client from IQR wants to use JAS-ANZ accreditation mark should be obey the below conditions. These conditions are announced to the clients in addition to aggrement at the aggrement stage. Kuruluşumuz müşteri kuruluşlardan; a) İnternet, dökümanlar, broşürler veya reklam gibi iletişim ortamlarında belgelendirme statüsüne atıfta bulunurken kuruluşumuz şartlarına uymalarını, b) Belgelendirmesine ilişkin herhangi bir yanıltıcı beyan yapılmamasını veya buna müsaade edilmemesini, c) Belgelendirme dokümanını ve bunun herhangi bir kısmını yanıltıcı tarzda kullanılmamasını veya kullanımına müsaade edilmemesini, d) Kuruluşumuz tarafından belgelendirilmesinin geri çekilmesi veya iptal edilmesi üzerine belgelendirmeye olan bir atfı kapsayan bütün reklam işini durdurmasını, e) Belgelendirme kapsamı daraltıldığında buna göre bütün reklam malzemelerini değiştirmesini, TL.02 Issue Date: 06.11.2012 Rev.No:03 Rev. f) Yönetim sisteminin belgelendirilmiş olmasını kuruluşumuzun bir ürün, proses veya hizmeti sertifikalandırdığı imasını verecek şekilde kullanılmasına izin verilmemesini, g) Belgelendirmenin, belgelendirme kapsamı dışındaki faaliyetlere ve adreslere uygulandığını ima etmemesini, h) Belgelendirmesini kuruluşumuza veya belgelendirme sisteminin itibarına gölge düşürecek ve kamu güvenini kaybettirecek tarzda kullanılmamasını istemektedir. IQR gerekli mülkiyet kontrollerini yapmakta ve belgelendirme statüsüne olan yanlış atıfları veya belgelendirme markalarını veya tetkik raporlarının yanıltıcı kullanımını tanımlamak ve idare etmek için uygun olan faaliyetleri yürütmektedir. 5. 0 RELATED DOCUMENTS All procedures about certification TL.02 Issue Date: 06.11.2012 Rev.No:03 Rev.
