Modolo, finiþ çizgisini geçtikten sonra parmaðýyla emzik hareketi yaparak, zaferini eylül ayýnda dünyaya gelmesi beklenen bebeðine armaðan etti. T UR un en uzun etabý olan 179 kilometrelik Bodrum Kuþadasý etabý dün koþuldu. Etap sonunda Ýrlanda takýmý Colnago nun Ýtalyan sporcusu Sacha Modolo, 4 saat 34 dakika ile birinci olmayý baþardý. Avustralya takýmý Green Edge den Avustralyalý bisikletçi Harley Matthew Goss ikinci, Hollanda takýmý Rabobank tan Avustralyalý sporcu Mark Rensaw ise üçüncü oldu. Konya Torku lu bisikletçinin Astana takýmýndan Dyachenko ile arasýndaki 1 dakika 33 saniyelik fark ayný kaldý. BRAVO GABROVSKÝ Ara sýra kuvvetli ataklar izlenirken, Gabrovski nin arkasýna, ana gruptan kaçan Alexey Tsatevich takýldý. Turkuaz mayonun sahibinin ataða atakla yanýt vermesi herkesi bir kez daha þaþýrttý. Ne yazýk ki artýk yanýnda hiçbir takým arkadaþý yoktu ve finiþe doðru Konya Torku Þekerspor lu bisikletçi pedal basmayý sürdürdü. 5 kilometre kala Omega Pharma dan Mýchal Golas ile Argos Shimano dan Thierry Hupond önde gidiyordu. Finiþe 3 kilometre kala ana gruptan kopan Colnago takýmýndan Enrýco Battaglin, önce ikili grubu yakaladý sonra da öne geçip finiþe doðru pedal basmaya baþladý. Colnago takýmýndan Modolo birinci gelirken, Green Edge takýmýndan Harley Matthew Goss ikinci, Rabobank tan Mark Rensaw üçüncü oldu. B odrum Mayor Mehmet Kocadon and Governor Mehmet Godemerdan started the race in 12.15 and 178 cyclists passed the first kilometers in mass. At 8th km, six cyclists made a push. After the sprint, Bike of Assan Bazaev grazed against Leonardi Giordani s bike and the two cyclists were seriously injured and taken to the hospital. At last 68 km to the finish, Adam Hansen of Lotto Belisol team cycling behind the main group fell badly. His teammate Andre Greipel run to help him. He had an outpatient treatment. Meanwhile the gap between the breakaway group and the second group increased to 2 minutes 13 seconds. Bulgarian cyclist Ivalio Gabrovski of Konya Torku Sekerspor who is the owner of turquoise jersey had to control Alexsandr Dyachenko of Astana team who was following him closely. And he achieved it with his experience. 3 GROUPS WITH LESS GAP The group of three cyclists in front dropped their tempo while approaching to Kusadasi. This time, Andre Greipel of Lotto Belisol team, Andrew Fenn of Omega Pharma team and Laurent Pichon of Bretagne Schuller team got ahead of the main group. Their aim was to exhaust Gabrovski, the owner of turquoise jersey. Later, Sander Cordeel of Lotto Belisol team and Marco Haller of Katusha team joined to this group of 2 people. Now there were 3 groups in the race. Time gaps were 58 seconds and 1 minute 26 seconds. At last 36 km to the finish, the wind had a negative impact on cyclists, hence their tempo decreased. GREIPEL FACTOR At last 27 km to the finish, three cyclists out of five people group cycling in the middle pushed their tempo and went ahead. Marco Haller of Katusha team, Andre Greipel of Lotto Belisol team and Andre Fenn of Omega Pharma team increased their tempo in order to catch the front group. At last 20 km, the effect of the wind made cyclists drop tempo and they catched each others. BRAVO GABROVSKI While observing strong attacks occasionally, Alexey Tsatevich who escaped from the main group came to Gabrovski s behind. Bisiklet sporunun tehlikeli taraflarýnýn bulunduðunu belirten Açýkalýn, TUR a katýlan sporcularýn tamamýnýn çok deneyimli olduðunu, beklenmedik kazalarýn yaþanmamasý için tüm önlemleri aldýklarýnýn altýný çizerek, Sporcularýn saðlýðý ve güvenliði her þeyin önünde diye konuþtu. Yarýþma içerisinde sporculardan kaynaklanan kazalarýn olabileceði gibi dýþ kaynaklý kazalarýn da yaþanabileceðini ifade eden Açýkalýn, þöyle devam etti: Güvenlik ekipleri tüm yollarý araç trafiðine kapatýyor. Þu ana kadar çok büyük olumsuzluk yaþamadýk. Bundan sonra da TUR un güvenlyi bir þekilde geçeceðine inanýyorum. TUR un saðlýklý bir þekilde devam etmesi için görev yapan saðlýk ekibiyle ilgili bilgi veren Doktor Ýsmail Yetkin, Alanya dan bu yana sorunsuz bir þekilde çalýþmalarýný sürdürdüklerini söyledi. Ekipte toplam 14 kiþi bulunduðunu belirten Yetkin, Anadolu Hastanesi Ambuline, Acýbadem Mobil Saðlýk, Muðla 112, Muðla motorize ambulanslarýn yer aldýðý ekibimizde 4 doktor, 3 ambulans, 2 motorize ambulans ve paramediklerle çalýþýyoruz. Ekip olarak etaplarda sporcularýn arkalarýnda bulunuyoruz ve kaza anlarýnda anýnda müdahale ediyoruz. Þu ana kadar toplam 10 sporcuya müdahale edildi dedi.
