Çalıştığım uluslararası otellerde, otellern zncr mantığını ve otel markalarının sstemlernn şleyş tarzını çok y öğrendm. Otelclğn doğum yerndek oluşumun dünyanın dğer yerleryle ne kadar farklı olduğunu gördüm ve şunu farkettm; şn orjn olan Amerka'da bu markalar otel şletmyor. Formülü nceledm. Oradak formül üçlü br saç ayağından oluşuyor; yatırımcı, şletme c ve marka. Malyet çok yüksek olan bu yöntemle yatırımcının neden şletmec ve marka le yola devam ettğn anlamaya çalıştım. Araştırmalarımın sonucunda gördüm k; bu kl le devam etmek kaltey ve performansı çokcdd şeklde artırıyor. Bu durumda sofstke yatırımcının Avrupa'da ve gelşen dünyada da yavaş yavaş değşeceğn ve bu formülün buralarda da çok etkl olacağına nandım. Yatırım bölgelernn gelşmes ve değşmesyle brlkte yatırımcının doğru yöntemlerle doğru kararlar vermeye htyacı olacaktı. Böylece 25 sene önce 1984 yılında Londra'da yatırımcının, yatırımı konusunda en y desteğ alableceğ ervotel Corporaton'u kurarak, Avrupa'da bu sstemn öncülüğünü yaptım. Pek nasıl başladı bu süreç? Servotel' Londra'da kurdum ve hemen ardından lk kontratımızı da Cebel Tarık'ta yaptık. Sonrasında çalışmalarımız dünyanın dört br yanında, İspanya, Karaypler ve Kuzey Mrka'da devam ett. Buralarda management yapmaya başladık; tamamen "Whte Label". Önceler sadece bu markaların altında yer alan markalı otellern şletmesn yapmayı planlıyorduk, çünkü Avrupa'nın çok klask ale holdnglernn elnde çok büyük oteller bulunuyordu. Artık Avrupa'da da jenerasyon yorgunluğu olmaya başladı; dördüncü, beşnc jenerasyonda sanata, hukuka, IT'ye kayan, otelc olmak stemeyen br jenerasyon oluştu. Hlton Oteller veya Sheraton Oteller gb sert br transformasyon yerne; yumuşak geçş sağlayablecek, otele kend hssn kend karaktern özgeçmşn yansıtablecek ve bunu devam ettreblecek profesyonel br üçüncü br şahıs şletmesne hyaç olduğunu gördüm. Zaten vzyonumuz da bununla brebr örtüşüyordu. Otelclk sektöründe ortaya çıkan farklılaşma steğ de Servotel Corporaton'ın çeştl araştırmalar, değerlendrmeler ve çalışmalarla kendn çok gelştrmesn sağladı. Şu an dünyanın en önde gelen otel ve gayrmenkul gelştrme danışmanlığı frmalarından bryz, uluslararası otel, resort, konutvekarmakullanımlı projeyatırımcılarına başarı br şeklde katma değer sağlıyoruz. Londra ofsmz, Batı Avrupa ve Amerka'da hzmet verrken, 2003 yılında Ayla Heyfegl'le açtığımız İstanbulofsmz Doğu Avrupa, Afrka, Orta Doğu,Asya ve Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu'na hzmet veryor ve özel yatırım danışmanları tarafndan yürütülüyor. Projelere danışmanhk verrken mümkün olduğunca butk çalışarak, sınırh sayıda projey ahnaya çahşıyorsunuz. Bu şeklde çahşmanın artıları szce neler? Müşterlermze üst düzeyde hzmetvermek styoruz, daha da büyüdüğünüz zaman butk hzmet verme lüksünüz olamıyor. Tab butk derken entegre br danışmanlık sstemnde yer alan 5O kşlk br uzman kadrodan söz edyoruz.
