5 MACHSCREEN Belt Screen Belt Screens are custom made for deep ducts with high water levels and with high separation efficiency requirement. Belt Screens can easily and reliably handle waste waters with high sand and pebble content. With its two-sided design, it prevents long fiber particles passing through the grid and ensures maximum level separation efficiency. In order to prevent suspended materials from piling up on the grid surface, rakes are placed on the grid surface from one end to the other with same angle of the grid. Cotton swabs and even bottles can be lifted with these rakes. A brush rotating in the opposite direction with high speed is placed on the upper stage of the perforated plate in order to ensure continuous cleaning. This brush maximizes cleaning efficiency. Cleaning process must also be supported with a spray bar. 7 MACHDRUM1 Rotary Drum Grid Rotary Drum Grid is necessary as mechanical treatment as the first step in eliminating floating, suspended or sunken wastes in water in both domestic and industrial waste water treatment applications. The purpose is to ensure maximum separation efficiency under current hydraulic circumstances. MACHDRUM1 Rotary Drum Grid operation style: the system provides gridding, washing, carrying, pressing and dewatering operations in a single unit. It is used in mechanical treatment of domestic or industrial waste water together with integrated suspended material pressing system. The system is for the optimal separation of floating, settled and suspended materials from waste water with a tilted basket grid (water flow directed towards the basket). The connector section around central shaft and the durable stainless steel screw conveyor clean suspended materials. The connector section in the grid basket chamber is fortified. Grid surface cleaning is provided with the abrasion resistant brushes mounted on this connector section. MACHDRUM1 Rotary Drum Grid has a capacity of Lt/hr.

8 Parts are completely manufactured from stainless steel and were subjected to acid bath. Suitable for all capacities in accordance with grid gaps (0.5-6 mm) or perforated gaps (1-6 mm) and drum diameter (up to 3000 mm). While floating and suspended materials are suspended in grid basket, waste water flows from tilted basket grid. 9 MACHDRUM2 Bar Grid Bar Grid is based on a unique system that enables gridding, washing, carrying, pressing, and dewatering processes in a single unit. Capacity values can be adjusted to field requirements according to grid gaps (6 or 10 mm) and grid sizes (grip basket diameter up to 300). Bar grid is manufactured from stainless steel and subjected to acid bath. These grids are supplied as units either installed directly in ducts or mounted on the tank with 35 mm incline. Waste water flows in the inclined basket grid s open end and towards the grid from there. Solid matters floating on water or suspended are kept by the basket grid s bars. In case the grid surface is clogged, the system creates an additional filtering ing effect, which can suspend materials smaller from grid gaps. In case the grid surface is clogged, a stationary rake on the axis center starts rotating depending ending on the difference between input and output water levels. Rake teeth pass through grid bars and cleans the basket and all suspended materials. The rake removes wastes clockwise. Suspended materials fall into the screw, which is integrated in the system placed in the center of the machine. Afterwards, rds, the rake starts rotating counter-clockwise. This return rotation movement ensures an additional cleaning as a moving comb removes all materials suspended on the rake. Suspended materials are carried with the screw s rotation movement and transferred into the escalating pipe. Suspended materials are carried with the escalating pipe. 10 MACHDRUM3 Brush Perforated Screen Brush Perforated Screen is directly mounted into a duct or canal. Waste water flows through the basket grid s opening and then from the grid or perforated gaps. According to grid or perforated gaps, floating, sunken or suspended solid materials in waste water are suspended on basket grid. Brush Perforated Screen is operated when the water in front of the screen exceeds a certain level due to surface clogging. The screw is manufactured from durable stainless steel and cleans the materials suspended on basket grid. Additional cleaning is provided with abrasion resistant brushes mounted on the ends of screw. The screw transfers suspended materials into closed and elevating pipe. Screw conveyor prevents odor creation. 11 MACHDRUM4 Döner Tamburlu Elek MACHDRUM4 Rotary Drum Screen is based on a unique system that enables gridding, washing, carrying, pressing, and dewatering processes in a single unit. It is manufactured completely from stainless steel and subjected to acid bath. The drum can be directly applied to the duct with 35 degrees incline or can be applied in the tank. Drum is suitable for all capacities according to perforated gaps (1-6 mm) and drum diameter (up to 3000 mm). While the floating and suspended solid materials are suspended on the screen basket, waste water flows from the inclined basket screen. While the screen surface is clogged with suspended materials, this condition works as an additional filter on grid surface and suspends materials smaller than grid gaps.
