3 OPERATING PRINCIPLE FOR ELECTROSTATIC FILTRATION SCR Series Stationary Duct Type Electrostatic Filters are manufacturing by Ekotek Muhendislik in Turkey. Launched to the market in Commercial kitchen Exhaust sector is eliminate the particles in the air such as odor, soot, smoke, grease and dust by means of electrostatic acceleration principle, thereby cleaning the dirty, odors and greasy air emitted out from the enterprises. 4 FIRE RISK Greasy and smoky air passing through the kitchen hood adheres to surface of ducts and fan considerably increases the fire risk to commercial enterprises. SCR Electrostatic Filter is capable of filtering the airborne grease and fume particles passing through the ducts with an efficiency level of %99.
