Gündem Maddesi 3: ONSIDERTION ND DOPTION OF MENDMENTS TO MNDTORY INSTRUMENTS (ZORUNLU KURLLRL İLGİLİ DEĞİŞİMLER) SOLS Sözleşmesi değişimleri (MS 350(92) ile Kabul edilen değişimler 1 Ocak 2015 tarihinde yürülüğe girecektir): SOLS ölüm III Talimler MS, yolcu gemilerinde 24 saat içinde toplanma talimi gerekliliği yerine yolcuların seyirden önce veya hareketten hemen sonra toplanma talimi yapılması gerekliliği için SOLS Kural III/19 da yapılan değişiklikleri kabul etmiştir. Kapalı mahallere giriş ve kurtarma talimi Kural III/19 a eklenen paragrafa göre en az iki ayda bir gemide kapalı mahallere giriş ve kurtarma talimi yapılması gerekmektedir. Kapalı mahallere giriş ve kurtarma talimi eklenen 3.6 paragrafıyla detaylandırılmıştır. Konuyla ilgili olarak: - Uluslararası Yüksek Süratli Tekneler Kod unda (HS ode); MS 351(92) ve MS 352(92) ile, - çık Deniz Sondaj Ünitelerinin Yapı ve Ekipmanları Kod unda (MODU ode); MS 357(92), MS 358(92) ve MS 359(92) ile ve, - Dinamik Destekli Teknelerin Emniyeti Kod unda (DS ode), MS 360(92) ile değişiklik yapılmıştır. SOLS hapter V NWS SOLS Kural V/19 değişikliğiyle Köprü Seyir Takip ve larm Sistemi (NWS) gerekliliği 01.01.2002 öncesinde inşa edilmiş gemilere de uygulanması gerekmektedir. Uygulama zamanları: - oyut fark etmeksizin yolcu gemileri, 01.01.2016 dan sonraki ilk sörveyden geç olmayacak - 3000 Gros ton ve üzeri yük gemileri, 01.01.2016 dan sonraki ilk sörveyden geç olmayacak - 500 Gros ton ve üzeri ancak 3000 Gros tondan küçük yük gemileri, 01.01.2017 den sonraki ilk sörveyden geç olmayacak - 150 Gros ton ve üzeri ancak 500 Gros tondan küçük yük gemileri, 01.01.2018 den sonraki ilk sörveyden geç olmayacaktır. SOLS hapter XI-1 RO ode Tanınmış Kuruluşların yetkilendirilmesi ile ilgili Kural 1 değiştirilmiştir. Yapılan değişiklikle yetkilendirme RO Kod'a göre yapılmalıdır. MS aynı zamanda RO Kod u Page 1 / 8

ISM Kod Değişiklikleri (MS.353(92) ile Kabul Edilmiş ve 01.01.2015 te Yürürlüğe Girecektir): ISM Kod Kısım paragraf 6.2'de yapılan değişiklikle gemilerin emniyeti için,.1047(27) kararları dikkate alınarak gemi operasyonlarını her yönüyle emniyetli devam ettirmeye yeterli olacak sayıda mürettebat alınmalıdır. Yeni eklenen paragraf 12.2 gereği; şirket ISM ile ilgili görev alanlarında kodun gerektirdiği sorumlulukların yerine getirildiğini periyodik olarak doğrulamalıdır. IMS Kod Değişiklikleri (MS.354(92) ile Kabul Edilmiş ve 01.01.2015 te Yürürlüğe Girecektir) : MS, Uluslararası Denizcilik Katı Dökme Yükler Kodu (IMS Kod) değişimlerini (değişim 02-13) kabul etmiştir. ynı zamanda MS tarafından IMS Kod değişimlerinin (02-13) erken uygulaması; IMS Kod da listelenmemiş yüklerin özellikleri için bilgi sunulması, bilgi sunum formatı ve bu yüklerin taşınma koşulları kılavuzu; sıvılaşabilen katı dökme yüklerin nem miktarı için örnek alma, test ve kontrol prosedürlerinin hazırlanması ve onaylanması kılavuzu; ve sabit gazlı yangın söndürme sistemi gerekliliğinden muaf tutulabilecek ya da sabit gazlı yangın söndürme sisteminin etkin olmadığı katı dökme yüklerin listesi güncellemesi onaylanmıştır. List of resolutions adopted by MS 92 and list of MS circulars approved by MS 92 are presented at the end of the summary report. genda Item 3: ONSIDERTION ND DOPTION OF MENDMENTS TO MNDTORY INSTRUMENTS mendments to SOLS onvention (dopted y MS.350(92) Effective Date of which is 1 January 2015) SOLS hapter III Dirlls The MS adopted amendments SOLS regulation III/19 to require musters of newly embarked passengers prior to or immediately upon departure, instead of within 24 hours, as stated in the current regulations. Enclosed space entry and rescue drills Enclosed space entry and rescue drill to be held on board the ship at least once every two months according to added paragraph to regulation III/19. Enclosed space entry and rescue drill detailed by added paragraph 3.6. Related amendments were adopted for : - the International ode of Safety for High-Speed raft (HS ode) by MS 351(92) and MS 352(92), - the ode for the onstruction and Equipment of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU ode) MS 357(92), MS 358(92) and MS 359(92) and, - the ode of Safety for Dynamically Supported raft (DS ode) by MS 360(92). SOLS hapter V NWS ridge Navigation Watch and larm Systems (NWS) requirements should be implemented to ships constructed before 01.01.2002 according to amended SOLS Regulation V/19. Implementation Schedule is: - Passenger ships irrespective of size, not later than the first survey after 1 January 2016; - argo ships of 3,000 gross tonnage and upwards, not later than the first survey after 1 January 2016; - argo ships of 500 gross tonnage and upwards but less than 3,000 gross tonnage, not later than the first survey after 1 January 2017; and - argo ships of 150 gross tonnage and upwards but less than 500 gross tonnage, not later than the first survey after 1 January 2018. SOLS hapter XI-1 RO ode Regulation 1 on uthorization of Recognized Organizations was revisied. uthorization should be conducted according to RO ode. MS also adopted amendments to the Page 4 / 8
