Course Lecturer(s) Dr. Doğan Karadoğan Course Assistants Course Objectives Course Learning Outcomes The purpose of these course is to introduce to legal regulations relevant to this issues which included; raw material, half-finished product, material, product, end product, information and services related modes, multimode, intermodal and combine transports, F.F., service management, INCOTERMS, warehousing, distribution, support service and add value service; for national, international, regional or global trade operations. The students who succeeded in this course; Develop knowledge and skills on international logistics and transportation law, Improve capability of cognitive domain on international multi and combine transportation, Provide enhancing intellectual and academic aptitudes on customs and insurance implementations in international logistics and transportation, and supply chain, Increase knowledge store on implementations, plans, organizational structure and the managerial role in international logistics and transportation, Evaluate the role and importance of international logistics and transportation law, Enhance knowledge used of INCOTERMS and documentations in international logistics and transportation, Recognize related organizations and institute into international logistics and transportation industries.
Course Content Logistics services work in processes among international logistics organizations (F.F., 3PL. 4PL. agency) and army unite. And they have also design and control systems positions on in and out material and product flow, material management, temporary storage, physical distribution and supply chain between international company and firms. So, logistics is not only material control and organization processes, but also is control and management processes of information and service. Therefore we have some learning issues about the law-relayed to international logistics and transportation processes in this course content.
