Legal Infrastructure Unlicenced Electricity Production Regulation provides that real and legal persons fulfilling certain minimum legal requirements are exempt from the requirement of obtaining a license and establishing a company in order to generate electricity. With the Regulation, it is possible to establish a generating station or power plant, the installed power capacity of which is limited to a maximum of five hundred kilowatts based on renewable energy sources

Using Domestic Product If the mechanical and/or electro mechanical equipment which are used in power plants are based on renewable energy sources and which commenced operation before 31.12.2015, are manufactured in the country then, the prices set forth Schedule No.II attached to the law hereby are added to the prices set forth in the Schedule No.I for the electric energy given to the transmission or distribution system after being produced in such plants, for 5 years from the operation commencement date of the power plant.
