GENERAL RULES The signature and seal f cmpany s authrized civil engineer have t be placed n every pages f internship reprt. Cntact infrmatin (IMO number, phne, etc.) f the engineer must be written in the reprt. Student shuld attach his/her wn phtgraph n the first page f the reprt. Internship reprt has t be printed ut (.dc) r written by hand in English. Student Evaluatin Frm has t be filled by emplyer and apprved by cmpany s seal and signature. This frm shuld be submitted in an envelpe that is clsed and again sealed by cmpany. Internship reprt and dcuments (phtgraphs, drawings, frms, calculatins, prjects, etc.) all related with internship must be delivered in an envelpe. All the mandatry dcuments shuld be submitted in the envelpe, missing dcuments will nt be evaluated. The internship reprt has a hard deadline, usually 7 days past the riginal due date. Fr each day f late submissin, students will lse 10 pints. Cpy-paste frm bks, web sites and ther surces is strictly frbidden. Student has t bey the plagiarism regulatins. Cpying frm thers may result in zer credit and will be punished t all extents.
