Monet Deluxe is an 8 digital picture frame with photo as well as video and MP3 file playback function. Therefore, nothing prevents you from your multimedia experience in a relaxed atmosphere. With 1GB internal memory and support for all common memory cards, all your recordings can be transferred easily to and playbacked on the device. And this regardless whether you sit on the couch or directly in front of the device. The large viewing angle of the first-class display and the supplied remote control turn each minute with the device into an ultimate experience. Avoid any contact of the device with water and dry your hands before using the device. 3. Do not expose the picture frame to high temperatures and direct sunlight. 4. Handle the product with care. Avoid contact with sharp objects. Keep device off from metallic objects. 5. For your own safety, do not use the picture frame during thunderstorms or lightning. 6. Do not use batteries with other specifications. 7. Remove the battery when you do not use the device for an extended period of time since defective batteries may impair the remote control function. 8. Remove the battery if signs of leakage of deformation are noted. 9. Only use accessoires recommenended from the manufacturer. 10. Keep the picture frame out of reach from children. 11. There is a risk of explosion when a battery is replaced with a wrong type. 12. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions. If the life time of the product ends, try to recycle all components, if possible. Batteries and rechargable batteries must not be disposed with household waste! 5 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Picture Frame Overview Monet Deluxe provides several connections and buttons for operation: 1. Back side: ESC TER Arrow keys: Up/Down Left/Right On/Off Speaker 2. Bottom side: USB Power connector CF card slot SD card slot Note: The picture frame can also be conveniently controlled via the remote control. The functions are described in the several sections of the following pages. Page 6

6 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Base Installation Put the base, as shown in the picture, in front of the picture frame and turn it into clockwise direction until it locks into place. For removing the base, please turn it in counter-clockwise direction and remove it from the device. Operation Before you can use the picture frame, it has to be connected to the power supply. Plug the connection cable of the power adapter into the respective plug of the picture frame and plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. Turn on the picture frame by turning the switch on the back side into the ON Position. The green indicator light will light up and the device will show the Welcome screen. Some moments later, the automatic slide show of some pictures that we put into the internal memory will start. To turn off the picture frame, turn the switch into the OFF position. The indicator light will turn off. ON OFF Insert memory card Push the memory card (not included) gently into the respective card slot until it stops. When inserting a SD/MMC card, make sure that the contacts show to the back. CF cards should be inserted with the front side showing to the back. For the connection of an USB stick, please use the supplied adapter cable and connect it to the device and the USB stick as shown. Page 7

7 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide The following memory cards are supported: USB sticks up to 4GB SD/MMC cards up to 4GB CF cards type CF I up to 4GB MS Pro cards up to 4GB Note: After inserting a memory card, it has to be selected at the memory level (refer to next section). Function Overview This picture frame is seperated into several function levels, which are as follows: Calendar level: Calendar, Alert, Picture Preview ESC ESC Memory level: Media selection (SD, CF, Internal, USB) ESC ESC Function level: Pictures, Music, Video, File Manager, Settings To switch between the levels, press the above described buttons TER (OK) or ESC. 8 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Calendar level: The calendar level shows the calendar, the time, the current alert setting, as well as a preview of the pictures of the last selected memory media. If it contains music, it will also be playbacked. The display time of the picture in the preview windows is the same than the display time of a slide show and can be set in the Settings menu (description further below) at the function level. Page 9

9 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Memory level: At the memory level, you can select the memory media, from which you want to playback files. You can select among SD/MMC card, a CF card, the internal memory, or an USB stick. Following operations are available here: Button Remote control Function Left/right Left/right Switches among the memory media TER OK Selects the current memory medium and changes to the function level ESC ESC Return to calendar level Note: Only memory media that are connected to the device can be selected. Function level: At the function level, you can playback your media of the previously selected memory. Furthermore, device settings can also be adjusted. Use left/ right to toggle between Photo, Music, Video, File Manager, and Settings. Confirm your selection with TER (OK). Page 10

10 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Yellow selection frame In the Photo Mode, all your pictures of the selected memory media will be displayed in a preview list of nine pictures. Use the Up/Down and left/right keys to navigate through the pictures. The currently selected picture is indicated by a yellow frame. The picture index at the right bottom shows you the number of the current picture in contrast to the number of all pictures. Photo Index indicator Press TER (OK) to display a photo in full screen mode. The right bottom of the photo will temporarily show the note Single image. Following options are now available: Page 11

The currently selected mode is indicated by a short flash at the right bottom in the picture. Open the brightness setting. You can adjust it with left/right and close the menu with ESC. Open the volume setting. You can adjust it with left/right and close the menu with ESC. (only in Slideshow with music mode) Enlarges the current picture. Pressing Zoom again will further enlarge the picture (125% 150% 175% 200% 225% 250% original size) Use the arrow keys to move the position in the picture Adjust volume (only in Slideshow with music mode) Show file name and display size Rotate the picture counter-clockwise/clockwise Note: The image changing and transition effects speeds can be adjusted in the Settings. The pictures will be sorted by date. Newest pictures are always displayed on top of the list. Page 12

12 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Music In the music mode, you can playback MP3 files. They are displayed in the playback list on the right side. Navigate with the up/down keys and select a file for playback with OK. The playback will start and the ID3 tags (file information), if available, will be displayed on the left side. 13 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Video In the video mode, your video files are displayed in the left playback list. Use up/down to navigate through the playback list. Information on date and file size are displayed in the right video preview screen after selecting a video. Press TER (OK) to start playback in full screen mode. 15 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide File Manager In the File Manager, you can view, delete, or copy all your data to the internal memory. Use up/down to navigate through the file list (folders). Pictures are displayed in the right preview window. 16 Monet Deluxe Quick Start Guide Settings In the Settings menu, you can configure your picture frame and adjust it according to your preferences. Use up/down to navigate through the main options on the left side and use TER (OK) to select a menu option. Setting options are displayed on the right side. The currently selected setting is marked with a yellow mark. For changes, navigate to the respective value and confirm with TER (OK). You can furthermore use TER (OK) to check the version or reset the device to its factory default settings PC Connection For copying data into the internal memory, you can connect Monet Deluxe via the USB connection directly with the PC. Connect the picture frame to the power adapter as previously described, and turn it on. Then, use the supplied USB cable and connect it to the picture and your PC. Now, all necessary system drivers are installed and after a few seconds, a popup window will appear and display, that the picture frame can now be used as data storage. Copy, as known from Windows, the files into the picture frame. Page 18

25 Monet Deluxe Schnelleinstieg Der Bilderrahmen im Überblick Monet Deluxe bietet verschiedene Anschlüsse und Knöpfe zur Bedienung: 1. Unterseite: USB Stromanschluss CF Kartenslot SD Kartenslot Hinweis: Des weiteren kann der Bilderrahmen bequem über die Fernbedienung bedient werden. Die Funktionen sind in den einzelnen Abschnitten auf den folgenden Seiten mit erklärt. Seite 6

26 Monet Deluxe Schnelleinstieg Standfuß installieren Setzen Sie den Standfuß, wie im Bild gezeigt, vor den Bilderrahmen und drehen Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn bis dieser einrastet. Zum abnehmen des Standfußes drehen Sie diesen bitte im Gegenuhrzeigersinn und nehmen diesen wieder vom Gerät ab. Inbetriebnahme Bevor Sie den Bilderrahmen verwenden können muss dieser mit dem Stromnetz verbunden werden. Stecken Sie das Anschlusskabel des Netzteils in den entsprechenden Stecker des Bilderrahmens und stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Steckdose. Schalten Sie den Bilderrahmen nun ein indem Sie den Schalter an der Rückseite auf ON stellen. Die grüne Betriebsleuchte leuchte auf, das Gerät startete mit einem Willkommensbildschirm. Kurze Zeit später beginnt die automatische Diashow einiger Bilder, die wir für Sie auf dem internen Speicher abgelegt haben. Um den Bilderrahmen wieder auszuschalten schieben Sie den Schalter auf OFF. Die Betriebsleuchte erlichtet. ON OFF Speicherkarte einlegen Schieben Sie die Speicherkarte (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) sanft bis zum Anschlag in den passen Kartenslot. Achten Sie beim Einlegen der SD/MMC- Karte darauf, dass die Kontakte nach hinten zeigen. CF-Karten sollten mit der Vorderseite nach hinten eingelegt werden. Zum Anschluss eines USB-Sticks verwenden Sie bitte das mitgelieferte Adapterkabel und verbinden Sie dies wie abgebildet mit Gerät und USB-Stick. Seite 7

28 Monet Deluxe Schnelleinstieg Kalenderebene: Die Kalenderebene zeigt den Kalender, die Uhrzeit, der aktuell eingestellte Alarm, sowie eine Vorschau der Bilder auf dem zuletzt gewählten Speichermedium. Ist dort neben Bildern auch Musik enthalten, wird diese ebenfalls abgespielt. Folgende Operationen sind verfügbar: Taste Fernbedienung Funktion TER OK Pausiert oder startet die Musikwiedergabe Links/ rechts Hoch/ runter Links/rechts Hoch/runter Wechselt das Bild im Vorschaufenster Wechselt den Monat in der Kalenderansicht ESC ESC Kehrt zur Speicherebene zurück Hinweis: Der Alarm lässt sich im Menü Einstellungen (Erklärung weiter unten) auf der Funktionsebene einstellen. Die Anzeigedauer des Fotos im Vorschaufenster ist identisch mit der Anzeigedauer einer Diashow und lässt sich im Menü Einstellungen (Erklärung weiter unten) auf der Funktionsebene einstellen. 29 Monet Deluxe Schnelleinstieg Speicherebene: Auf der Speichereben wählen Sie das Speichermedium aus, von welchem Sie Dateien wiedergeben möchten. Sie können zwischen einer SD/MMC Karte, einer CF Karte, dem internen Speicher oder einem USB Stick wählen. Folgende Operationen sind hier verfügbar: Taste Fernbedienung Funktion Links/ rechts TER Links/rechts OK Wechselt zwischen den Speichermedien Wählt das aktuelle Speichermedium aus und wechselt auf die Funktionsebene ESC ESC Kehrt zur Kalenderebene zurück Hinweis: Es können nur Speichermedien ausgewählt werden, welche auch mit dem Gerät verbunden sind. Funktionsebene: Auf der Funktionsebene können Sie Ihre Medien des zuvor gewählten Speichers wiedergeben lassen. Außerdem können Geräteeinstellungen angepasst werden. Wechseln Sie mit links/ rechts zwischen Foto, Musik, Video, Dateimanager, und Einstellungen. Treffen Sie Ihre Auswahl mit TER (OK). Seite 10

30 Monet Deluxe Schnelleinstieg Gelber Auswahlrahmen Im Fotomodus werden Ihnen alle Bilder des ausgewählten Speichermediums in einer Vorschauliste mit neun Bildern angezeigt. Benutzen Sie die Hoch/ Runter und links/rechts Tasten um durch Ihre Bilder zu navigieren. Das aktuell gewählte Bild wird durch einen gelben Rahmen angezeigt. Rechts unten befindet sich der Bildindex, welcher Ihnen die Nummer des aktuellen Bildes im Verhältnis zur Gesamtbildzahl anzeigt. Foto Indexanzeige Drücken Sie TER (OK) um ein Foto im Vollbildmodus anzuzeigen. Auf dem Foto erscheint rechts unten kurz der Hinweis Einzelbild. Navigieren Sie mit den hoch/runter Tasten und wählen Sie eine Datei zur Wiedergabe mit OK aus. Die Wiedergabe startet und die ID3-Tags (Datei-Informationen) werden, falls vorhanden, links angezeigt. Navigieren Sie mit hoch/ runter durch die Dateiliste (Ordner). Bilder werden im rechten Vorschaufenster angezeigt. Navigieren Sie durch die Hauptpunkte auf der linken Seite mit hoch/runter und wählen Sie einen Menüpunkt mit TER (OK) aus. Auf der rechten Seite werden nun die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten angezeigt, die aktuelle gewählte Einstellung ist mit einem gelben Häkchen versehen. Zum ändern navigieren Sie auf den entsprechenden Wert und bestätigen mit TER (OK). Zudem können Sie mit TER (OK) die Version überprüfen oder das Gerät auf die Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzten PC Verbindung Um Daten auf den internen Speicher zu kopieren, können Sie Monet Deluxe über den USB Anschluss direkt mit dem PC verbinden. Verbinden Sie den Bilderrahmen wie zuvor beschrieben mit dem Netzteil und schalten Sie diesen ein. Benutzen Sie nun das mitgelieferte USB Kabel und verbinden Sie es mit Bilderrahmen und Ihrem PC. Es werden nun die nötigen Systemtreiber installiert und nach wenigen Sekunden meldet ein Pop-Up Fenster das der Bilderrahmen nun als Speicher mit Daten beschrieben werden kann. 46 Monet Deluxe Guide de référence rapide Installation du support Mettez le support en face du cadre photo, comme indiqué sur l'image, puis tournez le dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce qu'il se bloque, veuillez le tournez dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre pour le détacher du cadre photo. Utilisation Avant de pouvoir utiliser le cadre photo, il doit être raccordé à l'alimentation. Branchez le câble de l'adaptateur secteur dans la prise d'alimentation du cadre photo et branchez l'adaptateur dans une prise murale. Allumez le cadre photo en mettant sur la position Marche l'interrupteur situé sur le panneau arrière du cadre photo. L indicateur lumineux de couleur verte va s'allumer et l'écran d'accueil va apparaître. Après quelques instants une diaporama automatique de quelques photos présententes dans la mémoire interne va démarrer. Pour éteindre le cadre photo, veuillez mettre l'interrupeur sur la position Arrêt. L'indicateur lumineux va s'éteindre. Marche Arrêt Utilisation des cartes mémoires Insérez la carte mémoire (non fournie) doucement dans le port prédisposé en fonction du type de carte. Lorsque vous insérez une carte SD/MMC, assurez-vous que les contacts apparaissent à l'arrière. Les cartes CF doivent être insérées la partie arrière en premier. Pour la connexion d'une clé USB, veuillez raccorder le câble adaptateur fourni d une côté au cadre numérique et de l autre côté la clé USB comme indiqué sur la figure. Page 7

Si il contient de la musique alors elle sera aussi jouée. Vous pouvez choisir parmi carte SD/MMC, carte CF, mémoire interne ou clé USB. Les fonctions suivantes sont disponibles : Bouton Télécommande Fonction Gauche/ Droite TRÉE Gauche/Droite OK Pour passer d'un support à un autre Sélectionne le support de carte mémoire courant et passe au niveau Fonction ESC ESC Retourne au niveau Calendrier Note : Seulement les cartes mémoires et clés USB connectés au cadre photo peuvent être sélectionnés. Niveau Fonction : le niveau Fonction vous permet de lire les fichiers du support mémoire que vous avec précédemment sélectionné. Vous pouvez aussi configurer le cadre photo à ce niveau. Utilisez les flèches Gauche/Droite pour naviguer entre les différents menus : Photo, Musique, Vidéo, Gestionnaire de fichiers et Configuration. Utilisez les boutons Haut/Bas et Gauche/ Droite pour naviguer parmi les photos. L'image actuellement sélectionnée est encadrée en jaune. Un compteur en bas à droite vous indique le numéro de l'image courante et le nombre total d'images contenues dans l'emplacement mémoire. Photo Compteur Appuyez sur TRÉE pour afficher la photo en plein écran. Le texte Image Seule va apparaître temporairement en bas à droite de l'image. Vous pouvez ajuster la luminosité avec les touches Gauche/Droite et fermer ce menu avec la touche ESC. Ouvrir l'écran de réglage du volume. Vous pouvez ajuster le voulume avec les touches Gauche/Droite et fermer ce menu avec la touche ESC. (uniquement dans le mode Diaporama avec musique) ESC ESC Sortir du mode plein écran. Appuyez encore une fois sur le bouton Zoom pour obtenir un plus fort agrandissement (125% 150% 175% 200% 225% 250% taille originale). Utilisez les touches fléchées pour vous déplacez dans l'image. Régler le volume. (uniquement dans le mode Diaporama avec musique) Afficher le nom du fichier et ses dimensions. Basculer l'image dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre/sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre. Note : Les effets et la durée des transitions entre chaque image peuvent être réglés dans le menu Configuration. Les photos sont classées par date. 52 Monet Deluxe Guide de référence rapide Musique Le mode Musique vous permet de lire vos fichiers MP3. Ils sont affichés dans la liste de lecture à droite de l'écran. Naviguez parmi les morceaux avec les touches Haut/Bas et sélectionnez le fichier que vous voulez écouter en appuyant sur la touche OK. La lecture va commencer et les informations concernant le morceau (titre, chanteur...) seront affichées à gauche de l'écran si elles sont disponibles. Utilisez les touches Haut/Bas pour naviguer dans la liste de lecture. Les informations telles que la date et la taille du fichier sélectionné sont affichées à droite dans l'écran de prévisualisation de la vidéo. Appuyez sur TRÉE (OK) pour commencer la lecture d'une vidéo en plein écran. 54 Monet Deluxe Guide de référence rapide Formats vidéo supportés Etant donné qu'il existe un grand nombre de formats vidéo, nous fournissons ici la liste des formats vidéo supportés par le Monet Deluxe. Si une vidéo ne peut pas être lu ou si le message "Format vidéo non supporté" apparaît à l'écran, alors il est nécessaire effectuer une conversion (aussi appelée transcodage) du fichier vidéo. Vous pourrez trouver sur internet un grand nombre de programmes vous permettant cette operation. 55 Monet Deluxe Guide de référence rapide Gestionnaire de fichiers Le gestionnaire de fichiers vous permet d'afficher, supprimer ou copier vos fichiers sur la mémoire interne du cadre photo. Utilisez les touches Haut/Bas pour naviguer parmi les fichiers ou dossiers. Les photos sont affichées dans la fenêtre de prévisualisation à droite de la liste. 56 Monet Deluxe Guide de référence rapide Configuration Le menu configuration vous permet de régler et d'ajuster à vos préférences les différents paramètres du cadre photo. Utilisez les touches Haut/Bas pour naviguer dans le menu principal situé à gauche de l'écran, appuyez sur la touche TRÉE (OK) pour sélectionner une option du menu. Les différentes options possible vont alors s'afficher à gauche du menu principal. L'option actuellement sélectionnée est indiquée par une coche de couleur jaune. Pour changer le réglage veuillez déplacer le curseur vers la valeur désirée et appuyez sur la touche TRÉE (OK). Utilisez les touches Gauche/Droite pour sélectionner les valeurs désirées. Appuyez sur ESC pour revenir au menu principal. Utiliser les touches Gauche/Droite pour régler l'heure de l'alarme, l'intervalle entre deux sonneries, le type de sonnerie et le retardateur et appuyez sur ESC pour revenir au menu principal. Utiliser les touches Gauche/Droite pour régler la luminosité, la contraste et la saturation, et appuyer sur ESC pour revenir au menu principal. Vous pouvez aussi appuyer sur TRÉE (OK) pour vérifier la version du système ou réinitialisé le cadre photo avec les paramères usine. Connexion à un ordinateur Pour copier les données dans la mémoire interne, vous pouvez connecter le Monet Deluxe directement avec le PC à travers un câble USB. Connectez le cadre photo à l'adaptateur secteur comme décrit précédemment puis allumezle. Ensuite, utilisez le câble USB fourni pour connecter le cadre photo et votre PC. Maintenant, tous les pilotes nécessaires vont être installés dans le système et après quelques secondes, une fenêtre contextuelle apparaît et indique que le cadre photo peut maintenant être utilisé comme stockage de données. Monet Deluxe è una cornice digitale da 16 cm con funzione di visualizzazione di foto e video e di riproduzione di file MP3. Questo dispositivo le permette godersi un esperienza multimediale in un atmosfera rilassata. Con 1GB di memoria interna e il supporto per le comuni schede di memoria, tutte le sue registrazioni possono essere facilmente trasferite o riprodotte su questo dispositivo. 66 Guida Rapida Monet Deluxe Installazione del sostegno Posizioni il sostegno davanti alla cornice, come mostrato nella figura, e lo ruoti in senso orario fino a quando non si bloccherà nella sua posizione. Per rimuovere il sostegno, lo ruoti in senso antiorario e lo rimuova dal dispositivo. Funzionamento Prima di utilizzare la cornice, bisogna collegarla alla presa di corrente. Colleghi il cavo dell adattatore di potenza alla rispettiva presa sulla cornice e poi colleghi l adattatore alla presa di corrente sul muro. Accenda la cornice posizionando l interruttore sul retro sulla posizione ON. L indicatore di colore verde si accenderà ed il dispositivo visualizzerà la schermata di Benvenuto. Dopo alcuni istanti, si avvierà la presentazione automatica di alcune immagini che abbiamo inserito nella memoria interna. Per spegnere la cornice, posizioni l interruttore sulla posizione OFF. L indicatore si spegnerà. ON OFF Inserire la scheda di memoria Far scivolare delicatamente la scheda di memoria (non inclusa) all interno dell apposito alloggiamento fino a quando si fermerà. Quando inserisce una scheda SD/MMC, si assicuri che l angolo smussato sia in alto a destra. Le schede CF vanno inserite con la parte anteriore capovolta. Per il collegamento di una chiavetta USB, utilizzi il cavo adattatore in dotazione e lo colleghi al dispositivo e alla chiavetta USB come illustrato. Pagina 7

L indice delle immagini in basso a destra le indica il numero della fotografia attuale in contrasto con il numero di tutte le fotografie.
