Inventory of LCPs in Turkey LCP Database explained and explored Hakan Hatipoglu Antalya, 9 October 2015
Requirements and specifications (TOR) Web based database application that will: Support Inventory of LCPs (emission sources) Provide for (annual) reporting on emissions Contribute to reporting to the EU in the scope of E- PRTR Supported by a GIS system Database can be administered by the MoEU Structured in two parts: MoEU Environmental Information System LCPs Database Application software
Application software and database Web oriented application
MoEU Environmental Information System Company and facility registration - Change of operator and tax number - Management and operations updates - Company user(s) registration and approval - Register for use of additional software application Users access is limited to data they are authorized for Different types of accounts (roles) Integrated security: authentication, authorisation MoEU users register

Application software reports Combustion Plants basic report layout Sector Province City Operating Company Site Combustion Plant Total rated thermal input of the combustion plant (MWth) Gross electric power output of the combustion plant, where applicable (MW el ) Annual emissions of SO2 (t/y) Annual emissions of NOx (t/y) Annual emissions of Dust Fuel consumption data Plant Coal Oil Natural Gas Refinery Fuel Gas Blast Furnace Gas Site Produced Liquid Fuel Other Solid fuel Coke Oven Gas
Reporting requirements and specifications Taking into account the aggregation rules set out in the LCPD, Article 29 ( common stack ), the competent authority shall obtain the following data for each combustion plant: Total rated thermal input (MW) of the combustion plant; Type of combustion plant: boiler, gas turbine, gas engine, diesel engine, other (specifying the type); Start of operation date of the combustion plant; Total annual emissions (t/y) of sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and dust; Number of operating hours of the combustion plant; Total annual amount of energy input, (TJ/year) broken down in terms of the following categories of fuel: biomass, solid fuels, liquid fuels, natural gas and other gases
