MACHPRESS MACHPRESS most important feature is that it is equipped with a filtrate water grid. In order to obtain dry matters up to 40%, flocculated sludge that escaped from meshes during pressing process are fed back to Screw Press, so polyelectrolytes are saved in great amounts. Flocculated sludge escape is prevented with filtrate water grid so almost 0% flocculated sludge exit is obtained. Since the sludge is not fed back to the plant, load of the treatment plants are greatly decreased and results in tremendous advantages. MACHPRESS Special Features While dewatering wet sludge, a vast amount of water is separated in pre-dewatering chamber via pump feeding. This makes it possible to perfectly and economically dewater wet sludge contai ning <1% dry matter. Variable sludge properties, sludge dewatering efficiency, variable sludge quality cause frequent malfunctions and an increased need for an operator.
