With this site you can change your forgotten passwords or unlock your accounts. To begin to use this site first you have to enroll. A.ENROLLMENT A.1. To enroll to the IDM system, select Enroll on Screen-1 Screen-1
2/11 A.2. Enter your user name and select Domain as EXTERNAL and enter your current password then Press Next Button on Screen-2 Screen-2
3/11 A.3. Please define 4 questions and 4 answers that suits best to you.. You can select predefined questions or you can define your own questions by selecting Custom Question. Important!!! Answers must not be very simple and easily predictable. Don t forget if someone quesses your answer then one can change your password and make some process with your account instead of you. Screen-3
4/11 A.4. After defining questions and answers Press Next Button On Screen-3. You will get a success message like on Screen-4. Your answers and questions will be used during Password Reset and Unlock operation when you need. Screen-4
5/11 B.RESET PASSWORD When you forget your password, you can define a new password using Reset Password menu. B.1. To Reset your password select Reset on Screen-1. Enter your user name and select domain as EXTERNAL then press Next Button on Screen-5 Screen-5

7/11 B.4. Enter your New password then press Proceed Button on Screen-8 Passwords must meet following requirements. Last 24 Passwords are remembered by the system. So your choice of password must be different from last 24. Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters Be at least six characters in length Contain characters from three of the following four categories: o English uppercase characters (A through Z) o English lowercase characters (a through z) o Base 10 digits (0 through 9) o Non-alphabetic characters (for example,!, $, #, %,*,?) 8/11 C. UNLOCK When you enter 5 times wrong password from an application, your account is Locked by system for 15 minutes. C.1. To Unlock your account select Unlock on Screen-1 Enter your username and select domain as EXTERNAL then press Next Button on Screen-10 Screen-10 C.2.
