Financial Affidavit (Finansal teminat formu): Bunun için ekteki (Oktay Bey in dağıttığı yeşil dosyaların içinde de var) International Student Financial Statement formunu doldurmanız gerekiyor. Bu forma ek olarak bir bankadan ekte verilen örneklere benzer en az $23,900 USD lik (23,900 amerikan dolarina denk gelen EURO ya da YTL olabilir) bir teminat mektubu almanız gerekiyor. Bu teminat mektubunda ismi geçen kişi yakınınız (anne, baba, teyze vs) olabileceği gibi size destek olmayı kabul edecek bir aile dostunuz ya da komşunuz olabilir. Teminat mektubunda ismi geçen kişinin International Student Financial Statement formunun ikinci sayfasına imza atması gerekmektedir. 3. High School Transcripts (Lise notlarını gösteren belge): Mezun olduğunuz liseden bu lisede aldığınız dersleri ve ders notlarını gösteren transcript belgesi. 4. TOEFL Score 5. Code of Conduct Document: Oktay Bey in dağıttığı yeşil dosyaların içinden çıkan Code of Conduct Acknowledgement formunu doldurup imzalamanız gerekmektedir. Bu formdaki SSN alanına okul numaranız yazılacaktır. Dual-Diploma Program Admission Form Binghamton University Instructions The information requested below will be used to process formal admission to Binghamton University for the undergraduate dual diploma/joint degree programs sponsored by Binghamton University and its Turkish university partners. The information will be used to establish the student data record and for the preparation of the necessary immigration documents. Therefore all information requested should be provided. Please complete this form (type or print) and include the International Student Financial Statement and supporting documentation. The campus coordinator of your program can provide you with an Estimate of Costs sheet for the year you will study at Binghamton. Please be sure to attach the required documentation as described on the reverse of the financial form to indicate how the full costs of residency in Binghamton will be covered. You will need a letter from your Turkish University for the University portion of the payment to Binghamton and a certified bank statement for the funds for which you and any other sponsors are personally responsible. A TOEFL score is required for admission. Binghamton University accepts the results of the TOEFL examination and requires that scores be submitted electronically via data tape directly to Binghamton University from the testing agency.
