MİLLİ EĞİTİM BAKANLIĞI Dış İlişkiler Genel Müdürlüğü Sayı : B.08.0.DİG.0.17.03.06.821.04 /3825 05/05/2010 Konu : Tokyo Dünya Çocuk Resimleri Yarışması..VALİLİĞİNE (İl Milî Eğitim Müdürlüğü) Dışişleri Bakanlığı ndan alınan bir yazıda, Tokya Büyükelçiliğimizden gönderilen bir Nota ya atıfla; Ie-no-Hikari adlı Japon Derneği tarafından, 17. Dünya Çocuk Resimleri Yarışması nın ödül töreninin 29 Mart günü Tokyo da düzenlendiği, 67 ülkeden yaklaşık 44 bin çocuğun katıldığı, ülkemizden de 50 resmin gönderildiği yarışmada Türk katılımcılardan 2 öğrencinin gümüş, 1 öğrencinin bronz madalya aldığı ifade edilerek bu yıl sözkonusu yarışmanın 18. sinin yapılacağı bildirilmektedir. Söz konusu yarışmaya dair eklerin incelenmesinden de görüleceği üzere; 06-15 yaş grubundan öğrencilerin serbest teknikte yapılacakları resimlerin konusu tarım alanları, aile, doğal çevre ve insan olarak belirlenmiştir. Her çocuk kendi yaptığı bir resim ile katılabilecek ve ekte verilen katılım formu çalışmanın arkasına yapıştırılacaktır. Yarışma başvuruları 01 Haziran-30 Eylül tarihleri arasında yapılacaktır. Copying the other work and drawing the character which copyright has occurred Rules for Pictures Size : 728mm x 515mm or smaller, and with thickness of 3mm or less. Painting materials : The participant can use any materials. Method : Any method is acceptable. Eligible Participants 6-15 years old Application Period June 1 - September 30, 2009 (The picture must be received in the IE-NO-HIKARI Association by this date.) The IE-NO-HIKARI Association will send the result notice to all the participating organizations (or to each participant if he or she participated in the contest individually) in April, 2011. The IE-NO-HIKARI Association will put together the awarded works into a commemorative book, and will also send the book all the participating organizations. Prizes Gold Prize : 20 people Silver Prize : 40 people Bronze Prize : 60 people Honorable Mention : 80 people Gold, Silver and Bronze Prize Winners will be awarded a certificate of merit and a commemorative gift. Note Each child may submit only one picture. Collaborative pieces are not eligible. The picture must be unreleased. No work can be returned to the applicant. All rights to entry pictures will belong to the host organization. In some cases, children's artworks will be loaned out for activities and events promoting children's art education, etc. in Japan. Please make certain of filling the application form completely in English (block letters).. Lack of information or illegible hand may cause troubles such as misreading of a name and title or return of the prize for the award winner as undeliverable. One organization can send 200 pictures at most; if more than 200 pictures are submitted to one organization, please select 200 or less pictures in the organization beforehand.
