The agenda of the Istanbul changes rapidly according to the active and international character of the city. As a result, the agenda of the professionals who works on the city have to be dynamic. Some of the important topics fall behind because of this dynamisim and replaced by other topics without enough discussions. Students from Arts background will have the chance to discuss the planning topics and literature, to develop a differenet view for reading / understanding the city. All the information - discussions will give inspiration and boost the creation process. Students from Urban Planning back ground will find a chance to develop an alternative view to the city and produce design projects related to the selected theme.
