1. ERASMUS YOĞUN DİL KURSU DÜZENLENMESİ 1.1. Kursun Tanımı 1. Erasmus Yoğun Dil Kursları (EYDK) katılımcı ülkelerden resmi dilleri az yaygın olanlarda düzenlenen uzmanlaşılmış dil kurslarıdır. 2. EYDK Erasmus öğrencilerine Erasmus dönemlerine hazırlık olması amacıyla gittikleri ülkede, yaklaşık bir ay süreliğine ülkenin yerel dilini ve kültürünü öğrenme imkanı sunar. Comenius Asistanları da gittikleri ülkenin Erasmus Yoğun Dil Kursları na katılabilirler. 3. Kursa katılan Erasmus öğrencilerinin hareketlilik faaliyetlerine ilişkin hibeleri öğrencisi oldukları kurumlarca ödenmektedir. Comenius Asistanları aylık hibelerini kendi ülkelerinin Comenius bütçelerinden alırlar. 1.2. Mali kurallar - kurslara sabit miktarda destek verilmesi 4. Hibe miktarı olarak düzenlenen kurs (sınıf) başına sabit bir miktar belirlenmiş olup, bu miktar kursu düzenlemek için ortaya çıkan maliyetlere bir katkı niteliğindedir. Ülkede düzenlenen bütün kurslar için verilen destek miktarı aynıdır. Bu miktar Komisyon un Genel Teklif Çağrısında 1 ülkeler için belirlenen en yüksek miktarlar dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir. 5. Merkez kursu düzenleyecek kurumun, bu kursu gerçekleştrirebilecek mali ve idari yeterlilikte olduğundan emin olmalıdır. 1.3. Katılımcılardan ücret alınmaması 6. EYDK kurslarına katılan katılımcılardan herhangi bir öğrenim ücreti alınmaz. Ancak öğrencinin tercihine bağlı olarak gezi ve benzeri faaliyetlere katılımları için ücretler alınabilir. 1.4. EYDK Düzenleyen Kurumlar 1.4.1.Teklif Çağrısı ve Kurs Düzenleyen Kurumların Seçimi 7. Kurs düzenleyecek kurumların seçimi bir Teklif Çağrısı ve bu çağrıya cevaben yapılan başvurulara dayanarak gerçekleştirilir. 8. Kurs düzenleyebilecek kurumlar EÜB sahibi yükseköğretim kurumları veya Türkçe öğretiminde uzmanlaşmış diğer dil öğreten kurumlar olabilir. 9. Kurs düzenleyecek kurumların EYDK düzenleyebilecek ve ev sahipliği yapabilecek yeterlilikte olması gerekmektedir. organizasyon düzenleme konusunda deneyim sahibi olması ve yeterli altyapıya sahip olması tercih edilir. 10. Merkez kurs düzenleyecek kurumların seçiminde, EYDK düzenlemeyecek kurumlara gelen Erasmus öğrenim/staj hareketliliği öğrencileri için de yer bulunduğundan emin olmalıdır. 1.4.2.Hibe anlaşması 11. Merkez, EYDK düzenleyen kurslarla sözleşme imzalar. 1.5. Öğrencilerin Seçimi 1.5.1. Başvuruda bulunabilecek öğrenciler 12. Erasmus öğrenim/staj hareketliliği için seçilen öğrenciler, kurslara katılmak üzere başvuruda bulunabilirler. 13. Comenius Asistanları da EYDK lara katılabilirler. 14. Kurslar başlangıç ve/veya orta düzeyde düzenlenir. Öğrenim konu alanı Türk dili olan öğrencilerin kurslara katılımı uygun değildir. 15. Erasmus öğrencileri önceliklidir; ancak yer olması halinde Comenius Asistanları da kurslara kabul edilir. 1.5.2. Öğrenci seçimi görevi 16. Öğrenci seçiminde nihai karar, kursu düzenleyen kurum ile Merkez in ortak sorumluluğundadır. 17. Merkez, ülke genelinde EYDK seçim sürecini takip eder ve izler. 1.5.3. Başvuru süreci 18. Erasmus öğrencileri kurumlarının Erasmus ofisleri üzerinden kursa başvururlar. Erasmus ofisleri öğrencilerinin başvurularını e-posta ile tercih edilen kurs düzenleyen kurumlara öğrencilerin Erasmus öğrenim/staj hareketliliği öğrencisi olarak seçildikleri bilgisiyle birlikte gönderir. Başvuruların gönderileceği e-posta adresi kurs düzenleyen kurumun bilgi formunda gösterilen adrestir. 19. Başvuruyu gönderen kurum başvuru formundaki bilgilerin tam ve doğru olduğundan emin olmalıdır. 1.5.4. Comenius Asistanları için özel başvuru durumu 20. Comenius Asistanları kurs düzenleyen kurumlara doğrudan müracaat ederler. Comenius Asistanları Komisyon un EILC web sayfasında yer alan Comenius Asistanları için hazırlanmış standart başvuru formunu doldurarak kurs düzenleyen kuruma kendileri e-posta ile gönderirler. Comenius Asistanı 2

olunduğuna ilişkin ülkesinin ulusal ajansı tarafından verilen bir teyidin başvurya eklenmesi gerekmektedir. 21. Comenius Asistanları, bahar kursları için başvuru tarihinin sona ermesinden itibaren en kısa süre içinde başvuru sonuçları hakkında (kabul, red, yedek) bireysel olarak bilgilendirilerler. 22. Kış kursları için Erasmus öğrencileri ile aynı takvim uygulanır. 1.5.5. Başvuru tarihleri 23. Her kurum EYDK almak isteyen öğrencileri için kendi başvuru tarihlerini (tercihen Erasmus öğrenim/staj hareketliliği başvurusu tarihleri ile aynı olarak) programın uygulanması ile ilgili ortak tarihleri dikkate alarak belirlemekte serbesttir. 1.5.6. Seçim süreci ile ilgili diğer tavsiyeler 24. EYDK düzenleyen kurumlar, yedek öğrenciler listesi oluşturmalı ve vazgeçen öğrenci olabileceği ihtimalini gözönünde bulundurmalıdır. 25. Bütün başvuru sahipleri, yedek listesindeki muhtemel yerleştirmeler dahil, kurs düzenleyen kurum tarafından, seçim sonucu hakkında bilgilendirilmelidir. 26. Seçimin tamamlanmasını takiben en kısa zamanda başvuru sonuçları hakkında öğrencilere bilgi gönderilmelidir. Genellikle kursun başlama tarihinden en az 1 ay önce olması tercih edilir. 27. Öğrencilerin kursa katılımını teyit etmesini takiben kurs düzenleyen kurum seçilen katılımcılar hakkında öğrencilerin üniversitelerine ve Merkez e bilgi vermelidir. 1.6. Kurs özellikleri 1.6.1. Kurs düzenlenmesine ilişkin kurallar 28. Kurslar 1 Temmuz 2007 28 Şubat 2008 tarihleri arasında düzenlenir. Kurs düzenleyen kurumlar bu tarih sınırı dahilinde düzenleyecekleri kursların tarihlerine karar verebilir. 29. Süre en fazla 6 haftadır. Kurs süresi boyunca en az 60 saat dil dersi yapılmalıdır. 30. Öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin haftada enaz 15 saat biraraya gelmesine ek olarak, dil labaratuvarları ve kişisel çalışmaları da içerecek yoğunlukta olmalıdır. 31. Kurslar akademik dönemin başlamasından önce veya dönem boyunca düzenlenir. 32. Sınıfların küçük gruplar halinde olması tavsiye edilir (ortalama 15 öğrenci). 3

33. Ders programları dil eğitiminin yanısıra Türk kültürünü de içermelidir. 34. Kurs kapsamında sosyal faaliyetler, kültürel geziler düzenlenebilir. 1.6.2. Kursun yapısı 35. Bütün katılımcılara eşit düzeyde bilgi verilmelidir. 36. Dokümantasyon materyalleri standart formlarda hazırlanmalıdır. 37. Bütün katılımcılara konaklama imkanı sağlanır. Ücreti katılımcı tarafından ödenir. 38. Öğrencilerin başarı düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi tavsiye edilir. 39. Öğrencilere AKTS kredisi ve kursa katılımlarına ilişkin sertifika verilir. Her kurum kendi kredi miktarını ve sertifika şeklini belirleyebilir. 1.6.3. Kursun amacı 40. Kursun amacı öğrencilere Türkçe dilinde: 1.7. Raporlama a) günlük hayatta iletişim kurabilme becerisi sağlamak, b) yazılı ve sözlü algıyı sağlamak, c) akademik alanda kullanılabilirlik sağlamaktır. 41. Kurs düzenleyen kurum, kursa katılan bütün öğrencileri ve kurs düzenlemek için yapılan bütün masrafları içeren nihai raporunu yaz ve kış dönemi kurslarının bitimini takiben 30 gün içinde kurum yasal temsilcisi tarafından imzalanmış ve mühürlenmiş olarak Merkez e göndermelidir. Bununla birlikte kış dönemi kursları için bu süre 20 Mart 2008 tarihini geçemez. Ek 6 a ve b rapor formları kullanılacaktır. 4
