5 HAKKIMIZDA ÜN KA, alt yap s n geliştirmekte olan ülkemizin büyük ihtiyac olan ka t izoleli kablolar n üretimi için ATATÜRK ün direktifleri ile 96 y l nda kurulmuştur. Kuruluşunda stanbul Kablo Fabrikas olan şirket ünvan,968 y l ndaki yeniden yap lanma ile birlikte ÜN KA ÜN VERSAL KABLO SANAY VE T CARET ANON M Ş RKET olarak de iştirilmiştir. Türkiye de kurulan ilk kablo fabrikas olan ÜN KA, günümüzde çok gelişmiş durumda olan ülkemiz kablo endüstrisi için uzmanl k, e itim ve personel bak m ndan kaynak olmufltur. 980 li y llar n sonlar nda ÜN KA genel amaçl standart kablo üretiminden hemen hemen tamamen çekilmiş ve gayretlerini özel amaçl kablolar n üretimine yöneltmiştir. TS-EN-ISO 900:000 kalite yönetim sistem belgesine sahip ÜN KA, uluslararas standartlara uygun PVC, Kauçuk ve Halojensiz gemi kablolar ; platform kablolar ; a r işletme şartlar na dayan kl esnek tip kauçuk kablolar; yang na dayan kl, düşük duman yo unluklu, halojensiz enerji ve tesisat kablolar ; maden kablolar ; pist ayd nlatma kablolar ve her türlü özel maksada uygun kablolar üretmektedir. ÜN KA, gemi kablolar TL (Türk Loydu), BV (Bureau Veritas), LR (Lloyd s Register), GL (Germanischer Lloyd), DNV (Det Nordske Veritas), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), RMRS (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping) ve RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) tip onay sertifikalar na sahiptir. Ayr ca, TSE taraf ndan verilmiş kauçuk, PVC ve halojensiz kablolara ait TSE, TSEK, TSE-HAR belgelerine ve maden kablolar için MGM-ALSz sertifikalar na sahiptir. Merkezi Levent- stanbul da olan ÜN KA KABLO nun üretim tesisleri stanbul a 00 km uzakl kta karayolu, demiryolu ve denizyolu taş mac l na çok uygun olan Çerkezköy-Tekirda dad r.

6 ABOUT US ÜN KA was founded in 96 upon the directives of ATATÜRK, the founder and the president of modern Turkish Republic, to manufacture paper insulated cables which were strongly needed at that time since the country was constructing its infrastructure. The name of the company was Istanbul Cable Factory at the foundation period. In 968, the name has changed to ÜN KA Üniversal Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.fi. with the start of it s re-structuring program. Being a pioneer company in manufacturing cables, ÜNIKA has been the main source of expertise, training and qualified employees for the growing cable industry in Turkey throughout the years. In the late 980 s the company chose the policy to almost wholly withdraw from manufacturing run off the mill type general purpose electric cables and directed his efforts towards manufacturing special purpose cables. Today, ÜN KA manufactures mainly PVC, rubber and halogen-free marine cables, off-shore cables; heavy duty flexible rubber cables, fire resistant, flame retardant, low smoke emission and halogen-free power and installation cables; mining cables; airfield ground lighting cables and further special cables in compliance with the national and international standards. ÜN KA owns type approval certificates for marine cables from TL (Turkish Lloyd), BV (Bureau Veritas), LR (Lloyd s Register), GL (Germanischer Lloyd), DNV (Det Nordske Veritas), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), RMRS (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping) and RINA (Registro Italiano Navale). Furthermore it has product certificates for rubber and PVC insulated power cables awarded by Turkish Standards Institution. ÜN KA s head office is situated in Istanbul and the production plant is located in Çerkezköy-Tekirda which is about 00 km South West of Istanbul and strategically well positioned for highway, railway and sea logistics.
